Location is far from ideal. I don't think I would ever stay here on holiday, however, if you come for business, its a better fit.

The hotel is great, modern and very clean. Check-in is a bit impersonal but nevertheless worked for me. The room is spacious and furnished with great taste. Breakfast was nice, morning staff was very kind.

Location was not great, restaurant was good but very expensive. Gym equipment was incorrectly assembled making it hard to use. No reception to answer any questions that might have been.

Room layout > desk chair too tall for permanent desk furniture - legs hit underside >Bathroom door could only open 1/2 way before hitting sink. To stand in front of sink, door must remain closed behind. > fully functional kitchen with no dishes, pans, etc. Advertises as efficiency room but not accurate. Cabinetry there but no peripheral amenities. > Interior light extremely poor. Cold weather required curtains to remain closed or room temps could not keep up, literally requiring a flashlight to see inside my suitcase.

It is far from the center and having no receptionist although it is a self check in hotel because you have you have to call the hotel manager if you have any concern and I find it a bit hard.

No front desk, all self check-in. Also, there is no AC in the rooms, which did cause a bit of problems for us as we visited on a particularly warm day.

The check-in totem is not responding to inputs, it takes very long to enter data but eventually you never know what you get on your receipt.

Make sure that you enter all your details online BEFORE you arrive. The automatic check-in system takes a long time, and is quite complicated if you try to do it on the screen at the hotel. I had to resort to entering the information on my phone, before I could get the machine in reception to check me in. I am sure that this is the way that all hotels will work in the future, serviced only by computers and robots - but oh, it is so soulless, sad, and dispiriting, especially for the solo traveller. I can't think why anyone would ever stay here other than for practicality and convenience for nearby businesses.

We needed an extra bed because it had a baby cot only for a 3 year old. The wedding was underneath and they were so loud till about 1am.My son had problems to go to sleep because of the noise. Rooms for families should be located on the top floor.

Checking in with a robot isn’t nice for me but it convenient. Noise insulation not very good for a modern building. Unfortunately there was a wedding while i was staying there and it was noisy. BUT the hotel contacted me in advance and proposed alternatives and i had another room.

The rooms while are very well built but there's one major flaw which is ventilation or AC. The rooms are quite suffocating at times and there's no way to control this except opening the window

The hotels restaurant had been hired out for a wedding party. There was loud music playing until 1am. As my room was right on top it was disturbing my sleep. I had to go down twice for the music to be shut off or at least lowered.

We made a reservation via booking.com and it was confirmed however they staff did not recived it or so they claimed. I have been out with this before because we make many hotel nights via booking. They preferred we pay in cash and he would cancel the booking.com confirmation when it arrived.... We did only get a receipt for the card payment nothing other.. and it was in the restaurant. As a tax officer I prefer when people and companies pay their taxes. If it was not for booking.com we would not have arrived to the hotel at all. Avoid to stay here during any wedding event because their is a super huge event room at first floor for weddings and events! Also there are zero to non parking places and the staff speaks very little English. Hotel is run by Adidas maffia haha sorry but true.

The hotel is located immediately next to train track in an uninspiring industrial area. Check-in is automated and an annoying process that worst of all creates keys that do not work. Several other guests had exactly the same problem. There is an emergency phone number that nobody picks up. Just what you need after a long day at work. The noise of the heat pumps of the neighboring property forces you to close the window at night or wear earplugs. The desk chair doe not allow you to sit actually behind the desk as it is too high for the desk. Access to internet is limited e.g., access to home server was impossible.

The rooms are spacious, with a small kitchen, good bathroom, and small terraces looking out on the roof of the industrial building next door. Rooms are clean and new. There is enough parking space.
