The property was located near an intersection of two busy roads which were noisy all night if one kept the window open.

I think opening the corridor windows sometimes will help with the odd smell, it don't smell bad but its not very pleasant. Otherwise nothing to say.

I was going to a concert at The Hall, the hotel is very close to it, with many restaurants and bus stop available. The room was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I recommend.

some noise from other rooms. Several military personell were lodged at the time, probably several guys per room, and kept talking and laughing until past midnight (I chose not to make a fuss against 20 military personell and let it be). Sound isolation could be better, but not entirely hotels fault for the behavior of other guests. The rooms are not luxury, but everything was clean and in good working order.

excellent breakfast. Great selection of breads, hams, smoked salmon, cheeses, yogurt, fruits, beverages etc. Really good breakfast. Clean rooms, a bit on the spartan side, but comfortable and neat. Good beds, very large room with lots of space.

Beds were not so good. In addition, we got room on the last floor and it was not comfort for the one who was sleeping there.

Location was good, as well as check in process and check out process. Staff were very nice during our stay. Free parking was also available for the guests.

breakfast, very small buffet and ladies who cleaned and prepared were not interested and treated guests like a number. i asked for a place as all the tables were full and she just pointed one dirty out, ofcourse cleaned but not even a word was spilled, got two forks , my son got only a knife. people were requested to move constanly bse they had to take things out of the drawers under the cereals. but not in a nice way. the whole attitude of all of them (there was a total of 3 as far as I saw between service ladies and kitchen help) was " let`s do our job from 7-10 and get out of here. same for cleaning ladies of room. I needed to leave at 12, got requested a couple of times by banging on the door if there was somebody when I left at 11.58 (i was there for work so behind the computer all morning) the lady literally ran inside. it gives very much a number idea.

Pillow was too soft for me, gap under door meant we could hear everything outside in the corridor. Shame about the bircher muesli at breakfast which tasted a bit off and slightly fizzy, I complained and the waitress told me it had been freshly made that morning.

It was unusually hot when we visited and air conditioning would have helped.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. The location was very convenient with the train station only ten minutes walk away and the train taking ten minutes into central Zurich. The restaurant was great and breakfast very good. Free ice creams in reception were very welcome!
