No restauarnt or even a small bar. Climbing into a bath with a shower curtain is not ideal. The shower was set in the wall at about 1.3 metres with no adjustment so it had to be hand held. No shower gel just a bar of soap and a small sachet for hair. The floor in the room was lino or some form of hard flooring. Ok for 2 nights but no longer. Expensive for what it is.

The bed, whilst small was very comfortable

The reception person could have been on time and answer questions more clear.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, nice central location, overall cozy family atmosphere.

I was on a business trip with appointments just around the corner of the hotel, so the location was just perfect for me. Taxi from the train station took around 5 minutes and costed 18 francs. There is also a tram line that stops 10-20 meters from the hotel and takes you to the train station directly in about 10 minutes. I don't know much about Geneva's neighborhoods, but this one struck me as a frequented, lively area with shops, cafes and restaurants. So, all in all, the hotel has a great location and is close to the train station. It's a small, homely hotel. The person at the reception was super friendly, helpful and humane (in the sense that it wasn't a standard conversation of hello, here's the bill, here are the keys, etc. but rather a bit personal and engaging - which happens to be something that I like). The breakfast was perfectly adequate for the price (buffet with cold cuts, breads, jams, teas, coffee, fruits, the usual stuff). I had a very nice corner room, calm, spacious, clean and with a nice bathroom. There was a welcome water bottle waiting on the table, so that was a nice touch too. Long story short, if you're in town for business and are looking for a hotel that has a good connection to the train station and is straightforward, functional and clean and is managed by down-to-earth people, then I can only recommend this place.

Decoration is a little bit out-dated, breakfast choice is limited but ok. Night rate was pretty high because of an event in Geneva

Good location in city center and close from a Tram station, Nice and helpful staff, room is large and bed is confortable. Some restaurants near-by. My room was quiet.

The staff was extremely helpful. The property is close to a public transportation hub and it was easy to get around, especially with the free public transportation pass. It was so easy I returned my car 3 days early to save on the cost and parking!

Not worth the price. Doesn’t look like 3*hotel. Very poor breakfast. Definitely needs renovation.

No air conditioning was brutal during a particularly hot week, very very basic breakfast. Neighborhood may be a bit noisy for some at night.

Location is very convenient: directly on the 12 trolley line, close to Place de Neuve, 20-30 minute walk to the lake, supermarket (Coop) next door is a plus.. Staff is friendly and pleasant.

The street is a little noisy with nightlife and trams, but not enough to bother me. Geneva is a very expensive city for hotels (and everything) so don't expect the little luxuries you'd normally get for this price.

All of the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The location is convenient for the university and old town and places to eat. The wifi was efficient and easy. The breakfast was OK.

The room was very small and didn't have a wardrobe, iron or glasses for drinking water. There was a small shelf with a few drawers. So it felt expensive for the price.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a clean place. Location is great with public transport close-by. There are many types of restaurants nearby.

Appears run down, dirty wall to wall carpet, smelly room, would need some renovation. Friendly staff but breakfast below Standard for this Hotel class.

Location is reasonably central, Close to Painpalais tram Station.
