No one spoke English. No one told me when and where breakfast was ; they were too busy serving lunch. So I went out to eat and then found them finally open. And apparently they have a small area that is open from 6-8 but no one mentioned it.

A bit poor breakfast was included in the price. Not buffet, just a small plate with salty and sweet stuff. The staff was not really able to speak English, communication was a bit complicated.

The room didn’t have a lot of space for our personal belongings.

The location was excellent. It was conveniently located directly across from the train station. The price was very reasonable, and included a decent breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

A shower would have been better than a bath I think, but I have arthritis so found it hard to get in and out. And on the wall it only came up to my husbands chest, which was a bit odd.

The breakfast is not at all good. Apart from the one tiny slice of prosciutto everything else but the bread was packed in plastic. Per person there were two pieces of bread. But those came from the pizza oven and were good. We got an ice cold hardboiled egg! Left over from the evening before? Never seen that in 50 years of travel. Well, always open for new experiences.

This hotel is well situated when traveling from France to Bavaria or vise versa. The room we had was spacious but the windows showed a messy flat roof with rubble on it. The bed was good. The Italian restaurant belonging to the hotel, is nice but expensive as is everything in Switzerland. We enjoyed diner there.

A nice guesthouse attached to their own restaurant and pub. Good food and breakfast. Small locality. Cozy. Toilettes were shared in the corridor.

There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. There was tiny bottles of shampoo, but no hand soap. The TV didn't work properly. I asked the staff to take a look and no one ever did. There was a full astray left on the balcony table from previous guests. Part of the curtain was detached from the hanging mechanism prior to our arrival. We put it back. The pillows were seriously uncomfortable. The breakfast was unsatisfactory. The breakfast was a croissant, a roll, a hard boiled egg, a piece of ham, and assorted spreads. There were no alternative options offered if you don't want to eat these items.

The room was big. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were nice. We could park our bikes in a covered (but open) garage.

They promised parking, but it turned out to be a small space at the back of the house that can only fit three cars and was already full. Communication was difficult as they do not speak English. The breakfast was disappointing, and guests are required to return before 11 p.m. — something I’ve never experienced before. The shower is inside the room but only separated by glass with no proper coverage, making it suitable only if you are traveling with your spouse; a shared bathroom is not an ideal setup. Additionally, the location is far from any attractions or good places to visit.

We have been denied check in at this property. Owner even used threatening behaviour over the phone. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I had to book another hotel last minute which added extra expense toy trip. BE AWARE OF THE NASTY OWNER. Shouldn't be allowed to trade in my opinion.

We paid for a room with breakfast. We were informed that breakfast started at 08.00. Sunday morning 08.00 we came down for breakfast and everywhere was dark and locked up. So we left without breakfast and had to buy some on the road before our horse training. We were not impressed

was "surprised" not having a bathroom in the room. It was shared bathroom. It was close to the room and clean but I did not mentioned about it on booking.com at all. I was lucky - no many people but the this a fact. Alos, was no conditioner. (during the summer we all need it)

Disgusting shared bathrooms, I would have taken more photos of them, but too disgusting I ran out of that one. Literally disgusting, you can zoom in and see, keep in mind I took pictures of the clean area of the bathroom. The "free parking" isnt avaliable because of renovations, I don't think it's their parking lot at all. They won't inform you of this so they won't lose business, extremely shortsighted. They will be nice to your face, but they won't help you in any way. Lack of plugs in the rooms, the bedtable lamp was unplugged and had no nearby plug, just for decoration. Very cheap and borderline trashy hallways and rooms. The breakfast was bad, it's just stone hard bread (maybe good when fresh out of the oven) and mini packages of nutella, cheese etc. The shared bathrooms had yoghurt packaging in them, trash everywhere and just generally disgusting. If I could choose again I would rather pay double the price and stay at another hotel.
