Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Small room. Should provide free parking.
The location is great where the city bus/tram for visitors just passing in front of the hotel. The hotel provided the transportation pass. The room a bit small as expected. The facilities is complete with basic necessities.

Family room was small. No space to keep luggage. The shower door does not give privacy while taking bath. It's a bit inconvenient. The toilet doesn't have a lock. The shower was leaking. Even after reporting it was not fixed
The location of the hotel was nice. 2 mins to bus stop and 10 mins to luzern station. Nearby grocery store and restaurants The staff was friendly Had good breakfast option

Non doors of bath rooms
This property is a budget property, we should understand that clearly, So the rooms r tiny The Main problem faced by us ,is as an Indian family These no bathroom doors and hanger clips to hang the towels too A small request to the ibis group please provide at least a door to the bathroom and provide some hooks to hang at least basic items

Shower cubicle was transparent. I had to leave the room when my daughter was using the shower. (This is shameful) It was too small and crampy for my wife who is plus size and has difficulty in bending. A rack in one corner of the room would have helped in stacking our travel bags. We had to spread it on the floor thereby cramping the available space. More facility for mobile / laptop charger needed. Availability of international mobile charger would be a super facility. Towels could have been a little bigger. Lighting needs to be more brighter. Television is not required since wifi helps connectivity for any television programs. A facility to dry undergarments is appreciable.
Breakfast was quite sumptuous. They gave me additional facility to warm-up packed food and cutlery to have dinner. Room temperature was comfortable. They gave guidance for local tour and held my baggage even after check-out. Nearby super market was convenient. Free local travel pass during stay was a bonus.

Walls are thin so you hear when someone is around... but for short stays (and if you're sensitive earplugs) ideal anyways. So nothing you can't deal with. Smoking in front of the entrance would be nice to place somewhere else, as you enter or exit in smoke...
Location was perfect for me as super close to destination. Came by car and got a nice parking spot from the hotel. Room was good for one night - sleep and shower and go. The lady at the reception was outstanding - huge thumbs up :-D Perfect for short stays.

The lights in the bedroom kept coming on without touching any switches in the middle of the night so we had to take the door key out to cut electricity. Would need looking at.

130eur per night, is a bit pricey compared to the size of the room and the facilities. Additionally, we have to pay for parking.
Location is close to nearby attractions. Hotel gave free bus tickets to explore the city. There is a supermarket very close.

The room was little, the toilet door didn’t fully close so it won’t give you much privacy We asked for a hairdryer but they didn’t have one
The hotel is very good located, just 15 min walk to the city centre. It was a parking available in the hotel and free parking for the night around the hotel The breakfast was really good and the customer service was fantastic. All the staffs were really helpful and lovely

Tbh the staffs were not friendly, it’s probably Luzern thing tho!
