Make sure you get a renovated room, they are much better.

The manager was exceptional. He upgraded us to a renovated room much better than the one we were first allocated. He was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied throughout our stay.

The rules of the spa were are not really clear. We arrived at 19h and were told all spa and wet zones were available till 21h but the jacuzzi was switched off from 8pm and it seems it is automatic so nobody was able to turn it on. If it is going to be off since 8pm don't offer it as available till 21h.

Nice hotel. We had a problem with our room but they were extremely helpfull solving it.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find and not directly in St. Moritz. I ended up having to take a very expensive cab to find the place.

Nice, spacious, modern room and quite close to a walk away from a lovely view. It’s not in the town centre, but it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

In-room facilities were a bit sparse. Had to ask for a kettle and mugs. No silverware was present. And no refrigerator.

Excellent staff! Special mention Francesca at front desk, Magda in the restaurant and Chef Nuno. Made us feel at home. Most staff were welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel, friendly staff, rooms are good and clean. The location is really beautiful if you love nature. All local shop/restaurants are quite far. Be ready to walk 30min uphill or pay 40-50 euro to Taxi one side trip. Rest we really enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Location was quite a distance away from the nearest bus station. Don't recommend taking a bus if you're carrying heavy luggage as it's up and down slope to the hotel.

We have arrived in the season of the ski marathon, so the room turned out quite expensive for not a 5* fancy hotel. but this is due to the event, I guess. Also we arrived late and there was a real mess with our room. Better give them a prior note of a late arrival.

unbelievably clean. very clean. very comfortable. good breakfast and very cozy. comfortable parking. nice areas for rest with a chimney. the whole stay was very comfortable. If you travel with car, there is no mess at all skiing on st Moritz. Its only a few minutes away. Very clean place, more looks like a sanatorium to me.

Dinner was very poor. Ordered a bottled beer and it has been brought to me already poured in a mug, when i asked if this is really the bottled beer the waiter felt almost insulted. Not a noce way to approach clients....

The hotel sells as 4 star but it barely meets the basics. It desperately calls for renovation everywhere you look. The wellness area was like a bad joke- dirty and dated, so not really pleasant to use. The towels needed to be picked up from the reception… The room looked fine and our bed was comfortable, but the corridor smelled and the water in the room could not be adjusted properly so we either showered with very cold or very hot water- literally nothing in between was possible. Extra bed- mini metal bed on the wheels, looked like it was from the beginning of the century (the hotel charges for extra bed 60 Fr per night). Breakfast was very basic and unappetizing, bread buns were nice but the croissants stale and sausages cold- even though we came at 8am. After it snowed the snow plough made some effort to free up the middle of the carpark but made the digging up of the cars even more difficult. Luckily there were enough showels for people to borrow..

Not much- we booked last minute for two nights as we wanted to extend our stay in the beautiful Engadin. The „panorama room“ was free at about 500 per night which was a decent price in Engadin. Location is a bit off from St. Moritz, but we were flexible with the car. The hotel is in tiny village and it‘s a monster of a building- literally.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, there’s not much around the hotel but bus stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from hotel which takes you to ski slopes or the town center

Location is a 15 minute bus ride from the village of St. Moritz, but that’s a sacrifice you have to make for saving money on accommodations. Trust me, you pay by the thousands in the village. Not here thankfully. My only real detractor was that the wifi doesn’t work in some areas like the pool, upstairs terrace, gym and extended lobby room. Might I suggest trying mesh routers for overlapping connectivity.

It’s St. Moritz on New Year’s Day and you can’t stay anywhere for a reasonable price right? Wrong! For less than 700 CAD for two nights with breakfast that’s a bargain! You also get a pool, sauna and steam room, sun terrace, gym and cozy lounge rooms. My room had a patio too so that was fantastic. Owner/manager was caring and listening when conversing with guests. The lobby is something else. So spacious and comfy with a fire burning and the lady playing the piano in one area with reading material in another. Having three restaurants to eat at within the hotel makes meal planning so much simpler (and less expensive) than in the town. The weather was beautiful too, which just adds to the property’s charm and the whole aura of St. Moritz. 300 days of sun per year. It’s heaven on Earth.

Location is average, rooms are below par and restaurants weren’t great either. Views are better enjoyed from other properties. Breakfast was limited but ok.
