A bit transactional for insisting to pay city tax and parking BEFORE receiving the details for the key and parking. We rented many times and usually payed during the stay without any issues.

The location met our expectations. The room was big enough, Randa is a very quiet village but still close to Zermatt. You can access nice hiking trails.

The entrance door. Impossible to smoothly lock and unlock. We caught up to a woman with her daughter trying to open the door for apparently 20 minutes and under the rain. It's dangerous for emergencies. I hurt my fingers. I hope you get that part fixed. It took us a lot of practice to get to open and lock that entrance door.

We are a family of 3, I booked an apartment has 2 bunk beds. Both upper bunk are super dusty, it seem like it has been vacant for months. The heater sometimes hot and cold.

Beautiful small town. Rooms are big that can accommodate 3 big bags, toilet is big too. The apartment also equipped with kettle and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Location quite close to Randa Station about 10min walk.

There is currently important construction in front of the place, making access somewhat complicated. The manager is nice but it is at times difficult to communicate in English or French. The entrance door jammed and we found awkward to have to use a key to lock ourselves in in case of fire.

The appartement is spacious, generally well renovated and decently priced for Switzerland.

Nothing to complain about but just to let future guests know that there is no grocery store, cafes or restaurants in town, so come prepared. We trained to the next town to grab dinner from the supermarket there.

The house was perfectly prepared for guests. Check in and check out were also quite smooth. We really enjoyed how cosy the place was too.

The fort of the hotel was under construction. So, we have to park far away from the apartment. It is very effective for our stay as we travel with children.

The pillows are really problematic. We are easy guests, but this is something that made our sleep difficult. Having one more set of harder pillows would make the whole difference.

The property is quite far from the train station, you will need to walk a bit uphill with your luggages if you dont drive. The guests stayed on the upper level were super noisy. We could hear their footsteps the moment they entered the room and they also stayed awake until very late and walked around in their so we did not have quiet night during our stay.

Place is quite but close to the train station to take us to Zermatt and just 2 stops away. The owner very nice and caring, check in and check out was easy and she will meet you directly at the apartment, just need to inform her half an hour before the arrival time. The apartment is so big and beutiful. Our 2 years old son had a great time run around to play there….nice view too😊.

The apartment is spacious and confortable, with a complete kitchen equipment. In the bathroom you can find hairdryer and soap. Finally the views are great.

Pictures don’t do this lovely and spacious place justice. We happened to spend the least amount of time here out of all our stays, but got the best sleep here. The hostess is also very kind and has a great referral for a taxi guy, Rocky.

Probably more of our own making but we would have liked to have been closer to Zermatt as the commute daily to ski with kids was both expensive and quite challenging with ski gear. And being on a top floor made it quite a challenge climbing 3 flights of stairs

Our host Slavica is a superstar, we were delighted with her meeting us for checkin and all the support and advice before and during our stay. The facilities at the venue were excellent and in particular the shower was a hit by everyone as it was fantastic! The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all the facilities and equipment needed.

We were disappointed in the that none of the beds had been made up and the linen that was provided was still wet from the wash. It was late in the evening and we still had to make beds. The host was lacking some kindness towards us as the clients.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was very well organized, the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, and everything was truly comfortable. I’ll definitely come back when I visit Zermatt again. Highly recommend!
