Excellent hotel near the station Basel SBB, stylish design, cozy. The room has a kettle and a minibar with delicious organic drinks. Breakfast is also varied with the best coffee! The staff is very friendly. I had a great rest and have a great impression.

It was all exceptional - right across the street from metro station, close to trolley cars, grocery store next door - Walk to Christmas Market!! Room was huge, a little too warm in December, but able to crack the window a bit. The front desk staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast! So many excellent food and drink choices and the staff were fabulous!!!

Excellent location directly across from Basel SSB main station and adjacent to central tram stops. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Check-in was easy and staff was very helpful

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was warm and spacious, providing a cozy retreat. Its prime location was incredibly convenient, near the train station and just a 15-minute walk from the city center and Christmas market. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering vouchers for free public transport and discounts at museums, which was a lovely touch. They also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. The breakfast area, reminiscent of a scene from Harry Potter, was beautiful and atmospheric, making for a perfect start to each day. While the food variety was limited, it was tasty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience – I would gladly stay here again.

Room was too hot upstairs and not possible to change the temperature. Not enough lighting on the bathrooms.

Close to city center and parking at the train station. Nicely decorated interior. Good breakfast buffet with prompt service. Could check in early. Got upgraded to a two level suite. Free mini bar. Nice sheets and towels.
