Spotlessly clean with bathroom amenities such as packets of shower gel, soap and hairdryer. Generous Swiss /continental breakfast spread with warm host, in a warm room overlooking the valley.

The bus runs once in every 30 minutes from the train station, the access wastes about an hour on daily basis due to that.

Nothing much.. The rooms were fine but the washroom was very small and there is no AC in the rooms and they have only kept padestial fans in all room incase you need them. But these minor things dont matter to us and are manageable considering the reasonable room rates that thet have offered being in Switzerland.

The view from the panoramic terrace was amazing. Although during our stay it was cold and raining but you have the option to have free breakfast on the terrace. The terrace and breakfast area is open 24/7 so can even bring your own food from outside and have it sitting on the terrace. The breakfast was limited but it had all neccessary items that can get you going until lunch. The reception and all other staff was super nice. Reception is not available 24/7 so kindly email them if you are arriving late night like us. They will keep the room keys in the post box outside.

We really love the exquisite breakfast and the window view. Was worried about the size of the breakfast after viewing others' reviews, but turned out to be adequate for us, and quite a wide variety too. All the food were nicely put in cute containers - love this special arrangement. It took us some time to reach the location, but the staff was helpful in guiding us.

1. Breakfast do not get replenish when there are a lot of people, this makes people who come later don’t get much variety of food to enjoy; 2. Staff doesn’t have much knowledge about the tourist attractions nearby - recommended us to a place that doesn’t open. Maybe should have just show us the way to the tourist information Center would be better? 3. Not all staffs can speak English - only one staff is on site when we checked out but she can’t speak English. A phone translator is used for communication which really give us troubles especially we need to communicate about our luggages to leave on site after check out while we were rushing for bus. I also overheard another guest asking for milk but the staff served coffee!

You have to bring your luggage to the 1st floor, its quite challenging if you bring huge luggage.

The property close by the bus station, and not far from the interlaken ost. View from room and restaurant is beautiful. The staff so helpful and really nice. They provide self service coffee tea & some snack in the lounge. You can keep you luggage here after check out.

The location has perfect views of the mountains and lakes. Very organized place. Loved the interiors! Accommodating and friendly staff. Smooth check in and check out. Close to bus stop going to Interlaken area.

The bathroom. There isnt any drainage outside the small bath area. So, have to be careful and mindful while showering so as not to flood the bathroom.

Love almost everything about the stay. Beautiful view, easy access to the bus to n from Interlaken OST. Selections of halal food in the vicinity. Decent breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Every morning the room was expeditiously cleaned whilst I was having breakfast.

Continental breakfast, so don’t expect eggs and bacon, but there are a lot of options, so you won’t go hungry. Small room, but because of the dining room that is open downstairs you have space available to enjoy on the property.

Great location as it’s only 4min by bus from Interlaken Ost. Easy check in process. Love the view from the dining room and really appreciate the coffee bar setup that’s available 24/7. Also very friendly staff.
