We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSmall improvements that could make the stay even more comfortable is possibly a mirror in the bedroom and some bigger bowls provided for cereals.
Lovely spacious clean apartment, well equipped and in a good central location. Outside terrace was nice as well. Managed to also get use of the washing machine facilities. Good value for Grindelwald. Clear instructions provided and welcome chocolates, thank you :) Barbara was a really good host as well as her lovely cat who was really friendly! Would love to stay again.

The apartment is very centrally located in Grindelwald….approximately 300m away from Coop grocery store and 400m from the train station. Restaurants are all within a 5 min walk. Barbara went over and beyond to ensure that we had all the info and also gave good tips on what could possibly entertain us. The apartment has everything you need and the kitchen has all the basic requirements and if we are ever in Grindelwald again this would be our preferred choice. We also had our own parking space right in front of the apartment.

AustraliaGornerhaus is a modern, ground floor apartment about 5 minutes walk from Grindelwald station and located just off the main street. It has great views of the Eiger from both the living room and bedroom, as well as from the small front terrace which is great to sit and have meals and people watch. We had four very comfortable nights here, and we really appreciated returning to this gorgeous apartment after hiking in the surrounding mountains. Barbara is a wonderful and very helpful host, and we highly recommend Apartment Gornerhaus.

Clean and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen was outstanding for a weeks time in Grindelwald. Perfect location in town and great views from all the windows. Barbara was a lovely host. Highly recommend.
