Absolutely noting

It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. Unnecessary food delivery schedule mismanagement at the bar. Influences the experience and degrades the efforts of the entire hotel stuff.

Doorman and porters were absolutely amazing. It was on the butler service level, with car park assistance and local transport to the Menuhin festival events being executed flawslessly. Overall hospitality is ecellent and it is hard to move to another hotel in European road trip since it is not matched elsewhere.

This was really a great luxury hotel experience with very high standard on everything and an exceptionally service-minded and attentive staff. The playroom is a great plus if you travel with small children. The location, in a large garden literally in the centre of Gstaad is also great. Very good value for money.

Literly Everything. The location is amazing a few mins from the shopping promanad, amazing interior, very very amazing staff special thanks to the manager, reception, and door/valet staff. The room is very spacious beautiful view with fresh flowers also!! AMAZING SPA!! All the bathrooms are with electronic systems!

1. Room temperature was set a bit too high. While it is understandable that rooms are heated in the Swiss winter, this was on occasion a bit too warm. We fixed this by simply opening a room window and so it did not ruin the trip. 2. Switzerland is thought of stereotypically expensive and our experience confirmed that stereotype.

1. Staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with regards to our 1 year old child as well as shuttling myself and my partner across town. 2. Food at the hotel was delicious. 3. Hotel amenities were outstanding - the kids play room was superb, the fitness centre was high class and the indoor pool was magnificent.

I don't think I can think of anything that we didn't like - it was great overall!

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at this year. Hands down! Fantastic stay - Amazing and super friendly staff! The property has one of the best spas that I've ever visited. They were kind enough to upgrade my wife and I to one of the best rooms at the property! The service was so personal that it honestly felt like home. If ever I visit Gstaad again - there is no doubt about where I'll stay I cannot stress enough as to how comfortable and amazing our stay was!
