When somebody lives upstairs, you can hear every footstep, but you cannot hear their voices (only their movement). The big street next to the apartment was not an issue when the windows were closed, however, sitting outside can be noisy.

It was very cozy, well-equipped, and easy to reach, with a parking space. Communication with the host was perfect.

Two minor suggestions that may be helpful, but in no way are dislikes. I suggest replacing the label at the lock box which says "3 bedroom apartment". That was confusing to me. It is a 3 room apartment, with 2 bedrooms. So, "2 bedroom apartment" would be a better description. Besides, the existing label has faded. No big deal, but it helps going for the correct lock box immediately. Granted, the manager sent us a picture of the correct box in an e-mail, but I completely forgot about it when I got there. Moreover, a blender would be nice, as we planned to bake a cake but could not make it without one. Again, no big deal. I understand that this is a vacation property that may not contain all the kitchen appliances one is used to. We should have inquired about it beforehand.

This is a two bedroom second floor apartment in a house with another apartment at the ground level. The bedrooms are small but sufficient. One contains a double bed and the other a bunk bed. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven. They have most utensils and appliances you need. We just missed a blender. The living/dining room contains a comfortable sofa and a table for 4. Heating works very well. There are plenty of power outlets and even USB power strips and adapters, which was very nice. There is a balcony facing the mountains and the valley below. The apartment is quiet even though it is located by the main road. There were plenty of towels and pillows. We wanted to stay close to our family lodged at the hotel nearby and the location was very convenient to us. The property is also close to the bus stop. We could easily bus to Flums for shopping and to the ski points and be independent from riding with the rest of the family. All instructions were e-mailed at the appropriate time and were very clear. Property manager replies were prompt and clear. There were no surprises and we had a joyful stay.

Check-out at 10.00h seems early considering Check-In is officially at 17.00h, but it didn't bother us due to our schedule. The double bed in the main bedroom has a mattress that is not very comfortable anymore. The bunk beds are probably more suitable for children than for adults, but it all worked out fine for us.

Great location with mountain views and parking possibility. Located mountain-side right above the main road to Tannenheim / Tannenboden. Nicely appointed apartment and once we figured out the oven instructions, it was nice and warm, too. The apartment is located on the top floor of a two level free-standing chalet marked "Bambi". Coffeemaker and Nespresso capsules were kindly provided. Good communication with our host Gabriel though booking.com.

The bathroom toilet had not been flushed after its last use when we arrived.

Convenient, recently refurbished lower floor apartment with heated bathroom floor. It was great to have parking right in front of the chalet and the apartment featured all the essentials. Our dog was welcomed and had plenty of room in the studio. The staff were very responsive and allowed us to keep our car in front of the apartment after checkout while we went hiking.

When you are looking at booking it looks like one property and you think you have it all. It is not like that. I don’t know why? There are two properties. One up stairs, one down… we were down. When you are down and someone is upstairs you are not gonna sleep for sure. Every step is so loud. Kitchen is nice but small impossible to do anything. Bed is not for 2 people, it’s really small. The humidity is around 80%! So everything is damp and wet.

Property is not as advertised. It is not suitable for 5 adults. Very very small. One Kids bunk bed for two adults. Very uncomfortable. Expensive for such tiny shack

Pictures are a mix of two different apartments and don’t reflect the one we booked. The place is very old and not well looked after and has been partially renovated inside. Based on the pictures you would expect a modern chalet which is not the case
