It was hot when we visited. A better quality fan and a wire extension would have been greatly appreciated for fan placement. To use a stove, there should have been a manual placed there.

Cleanliness: The room was maintained in a tidy condition and met the required standards, despite its limited size. Location: The tram station is situated approximately 100 meters from the property, providing convenient access to the town centre and Zurich main station. Additionally, dining establishments are accessible via the same tram route after two stops.

Everything was really very clean, but a lot of dust came from under the bed, probably because it's a bit difficult to reach and clean there so I don't balme the cleaners. The remote control was not working at all. Even tried to use my own batteries, nothing worked.

Very comfortable bed! Even though it was a bit small for 2 persons. But the space was overall well used and designed. Well equiped kitchen (would have been perfect with some salt and pepper). We liked the presence of vacuum and other cleaning tools. Overall clean. The cleaning staff was nice. The position of the bnb is great with the station very close. In the night it's really dark inside so good quality sleep. Thanks.

The only thing I noticed was the lack of cleanliness upon my arrival - specially the floor which was not very clean. Moreover, it would be great if the property could provide (maybe even payable) possibility of getting clean sheets when the stay is longer than 1 week. However, that is not too much of an issue since there are washing machines and dryers in the basement.

It is at a very convenient location - both the tram station and the grocery store are just around the corner. Moreover, it is also possible to simply walk to the city centre or ETHZ. The flat was cosy and more than enough for 1 - 2 people. It was great that there was also a small kitchen in the flat, which made my stay in Zurich much easier. Finally, both the check-in and check-out are very simple, as well as finding the location when arriving.

Directly on the road therefore traffic nonstop. Very small apartment and you can barely move. The place was very cold when I arrived since the heating was turned off. Took a few hours until it got proper temperature. The entrance door is heavy and slams quite loud.

Super easy to check in and to collect the keys. Modern design of the furniture and the small kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Walk in shower with glas door. You can go in and out without having to meet or talk to the staff.

Bed was the smallest in 2 months of travel. Very expensive key fobs, difficult to lock. Be careful not to lose them!

Very clean, compact, modern apartment. Small kitchen, but still very nice with good equipment. Good hot water and shower. We were happy to have table and chairs. Bed comfortable but small. Close to tram stop to get to old town and waterfront, trains and airport.

The location was a bit outside of the centre and the yard was under reconstruction, so it was a bit dusty and not yet nicely stylised. The bed was a bit too small for two and the mattress was way too soft - staying longer would for sure lead to a lot of back pain!

The apartment was very clean , near to the city center, with great transportation. There was a tram line outside of the apartment . The kitchen was fully equipped ideally for a long stay . I would like to highlight that whenever I wanted help , they were eager to assist. I will definitely recommend it .

This apartment it's amazing All clean ,tidy comfortable bed the best bed i ever slept in holydays apartments .. Kitchen area it's perfect , you have everything you need. Reasonable bathroom with big shower .The location it's the best in Zurich surrounded by pure nature ,trees, water, falls, you can walk around and make you feel so happy with so much nature. It's also well connected with the zurich old town by tram 11 that literally stop in front of the apartment. I don't know how some people give such lower note for this place .,it's deserve only 10 . Highly recommend this place

Was not a pleasant stay heating was not working, Sat for 3 morning straightwith a hat and two jackets on to keep me warm. Contacted the property but they came to the conclusion my booking was done a day earlier and after they didn’t even bother to reply anymore or try to come fix this issue!
