Location is excellent, just a 1 minute walk to the train station. 10 minutes walk to Grindelwald first. Had breakfast with an amazing view. Tasted one of the best croissants here at breakfast.

Hotel facility is a bit old. The rate is very expensive compare to it's good part

Pillows provided were extremely thin and provided no support making it uncomfortable. Although parking was available which is good, the location and access was horrendous especially in snow and icey conditions. Room was horribly warm with no AC available. Breakfast service was far too slow at replenishing the buffet and providing tables at busy periods, at times various foods weren't available for long periods of time.

The views were phenomenal, room was spacious, facilities within the room were helpful. A variety of breakfast was available, staff were helpful and friendly. Spa facilities were a great way to relax

The location was great. It’s near three train station and bus station. The restaurant and breakfast was great. The staff were friendly, especially Ahmed! Thank you for being helpful and patient with us, we appreciate it.

The location is perfect, near the station just 1 minute walk. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, giving me a guest card as I arrived and the card can be used for free public transportation and 20% discount for First cable car. The room is tidy, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is supposed to end by 10AM, but if you are someone who likes sleeping in and if you are there by 9, quite a bit of the food is over and is not refilled.

Very spacious room, had great views of the Eiger peaks. Very close to the railway station and just two stations away from Jungfraujoch which was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and kind for the most part. Especially appreciate the front office staff.

Staying at Hotel Kreuz & Post in Grindelwald provided a charming and picturesque experience in breathtaking surroundings. The hotel's alpine aesthetic, together with the friendly service, created a welcoming atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surroundings. The mountain views from the rooms added an extra touch of magic to the stay. One aspect to take into account is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, which can be somewhat of a challenge in the summer months. During periods of warmer weather the rooms could get quite warm which was somewhat uncomfortable. Fortunately, these warmer moments were partly compensated by the available wellness facilities. The hotel offered a wonderful relaxation option with its wellness area. Guests enjoyed a relaxing time in the sauna, which was especially refreshing after a day of adventures in the mountains. These facilities certainly added a feeling of luxury and pampering to the stay. The traditional décor added a rustic touch to the stay. The hotel's restaurant served delicious dishes and local delicacies, which was definitely a plus. The location of Hotel Kreuz & Post is a great advantage, with easy access to the surrounding nature and hiking trails. The hotel also offered thoughtful amenities and services, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Grindelwald region.

The breakfast was lovely and the wait staff very helpful. The location next to the train station is excellent, and the view from the front of the hotel is fantastic.
