Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눉Some ventilation in the bathroom would be appreciated
눇Nice and friendly staff, good location, underground parking available, beautiful view from the terrace, good breakfast. Comfortable bed and bathroom, big terrace nice for evening gatherings with lake view. All requests were nicely handled by hotel staff. Nice place for quiet getting away, with long walks in the evenings and a number of attractions nearby.

눉Cost of food and drinks was very high two course dinner for two plus bottle of wine £155, so ate out. Indoor parking about £10 a day. Sunstar pushing their timeshare business. Not for the young at heart.
눇Breakfast was good, Upgraded to suite on top floor, excellent view over the lake. Free mini bar, dinner was good, good selection of wines, location close to lakeside good, plenty of resturants close by.

눉A lot of things were 'do it yourself' - I didn't like simply being given a printed list of information most of which could easily have been explained at check in - such as getting to your room and finding you needed a key to operate the safe and that the key was available from reception - would have helped if they gave you the key at check in!
눇Breakfast was excellent, as was the service. There were many thoughtful things, such as free cold drinks in the room, excellent pool provisions, including sun protection. There was a lovely heated indoor as well as an outside pool.

눇The views would have been great but for the rain and the low cloud. Got a couple of glimpses when the clouds parted for a few minutes.

눉The beds are horribly uncomfortable , We came there to get some real rest & The matress was physically way to hard so we both woke up with back pain instead relief. The chairs on the balcony as well are cold & out of metal and there's no pillow to really sit with pleasure. As a lot of couples come there , The house should invest in Big mattresses with no gap inbetween. Up to then couples who don't cuddle any more are best here. The water in the shower needed patience if one likes a hot shower. No blankets for an evening outside.
눇Friendly staff & atmosphere , Clean suite on the 4th floor , Good location . Amazing view from the balcony . Good parking possibilities. Quiet place . A lot of space in the cupboards.

눉there was no parking available for our car when we arrived and at night, when we came after our dinner. Moreover, the hotel is more expensive that it should be. The breakfast could be a lot better for the money you pay for a room in this hotel.
눇the hotel is nice. it is near Lago Maggiore in Brissago. The room was spacious and the staff helpful.

눉Bathroom was too small , too old and we could not get in or out the bath top Bed was very small, and to low Numbers of the rooms where in Romanian signs for my parents unreadable

눇Great views of the lake from the well equipped balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Good meal relaxing in the courtyard with pianist playing in the background.

눉The only negative was the lack of information in English, but i guess as we appeared to be the only English people in the hotel this may be the reason.
눇Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful, Daniel in particular was excellent. Food was great and the wine was too good !! will visit again.
