Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. If you need to be at the airport before 5:30am there are no trains running, so you either have to take their shuttle which costs extra or Taxi/Uber. So in the end it's the same price as staying closer to the airport with an included shuttle (for early flights).
Stayed one night because I had a early flight. Room is totally fine for that.

Pillows were too soft. No electric kettle in room.
Hotel is very close to airport. Bus 510 stop is easily accessible a 2 min walk. Clean and tidy hotel.

They did not have a first aid kit at the reception. The area is boring.
Clean hotel, comfortable beds and very well sound insulated to not hear the 1 airplane/minute taking off.

These people are not transparent with their shuttle bus. They advertise a shuttle bus that will pick you up at the airport that appears to be free but when the bus drops you off at their hotel, they charge you ten swiss francs per person for the ride. We were not the only customers that were tricked. We could have taken an uber for ten swiss francs to get us to the hotel. Instead, we paid the shuttle bus forty swiss francs. They had a refrigerator and I was in the mood for a coca cola, but when I asked them how much it was, they were charging $6.40 US. You can't buy anything from them because you get ripped off. So please go to this hotel fully prepared. With any drinks and food that you'll need for the day. Take a walk to the supermarket
Right behind the hotel, there was a tunnel that you can walk through, and it took you to a cute little village that we were able to walk around. There was a quick check-in and an easy checkout. We were just there on a layover for a flight that we were catching to the US the next day.

Not many hot items on breakfast buffet like scrambled or fried eggs, bacon etc.

Property was clean and provided all the basic amenities needed. Location was okay, more like in an urban neighbourhood, right next to the train station and supermarkets nearby. Good value for money in Zurich and not really that far from the center. Would recommend.

Nothing really. A bar fridge and kettle in the room would have been nice.
Very conveniently close to the Rumlang train station and shuttle bus the next morning to the airport. The 510 bus to the airport also stops nearby. Easy, efficient check in and out. Clean basic comfortable room and bed, made more enjoyable by access to tea and coffee, ice and glassware in the breakfast area. Shopping for provisions is not far along the street and the beautifully kept old town across the other side of the railway track is pleasant for an after dinner walk.

I had to change my room because the room initially allocated was not clean. However the staff promptly responded, apologized found me another room that was clean and met my standard.
Friendly check in at reception. The ability to arrange the hotel shuttle for early hours of the morning was a bonus.

However....DO NOT USE THE SHUTTLE TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT. I had booked it through the hotel for the 4.37am pickup, however it never turned up. We waited until 5am and fortunately another guest had booked an uber for the airport and let us jump in but the transfer had cost me CHF20. I have contacted the hotel to inform them however they've said the person that deals with this is on annual leave so who knows if it will be reimbursed.....will wait and see. Do yourself a favour and book an uber, its a few francs more but at least they turn up.
Excellent location, clean, tidy, friendly helpful staff. Didn't use the restaurant/cafe facilities so can't comment but would definitely stay there again.

On my first morning 11 July at 8am i still sleeping there was house keeping open my room without knocking. I haven't put any signage for cleaning. I'm a solo traveler was a quite scary.
The explanation where the shuttle location via message was very details but in fact there is meeting point depart at "shuttle bus" NOT "Arrival 2" luckily I was walking around and managed to catch last schedule shuttle bus at 23.50pm

Very expensive breakfast. Obscured entrance with no signs.
Good location with comfortable rooms. Bakery 5 min walk south which has everything thing you need to a much affordable price. Better and much cheaper breakfast then the hotel
