The room was on the street side so it was slightly noisy. Not ideal for a light sleeper that likes having an open window at night.

We found the bed a bit hard, but it is just that we are not used to it.

We really liked the old-fashion style of the hotel, the coziness and warmth of the room, and it's modern facilities. The location is great when arriving late at night or flying early in the morning since it is 7 min walk from the train station, and in the most vibrant neighborhood of Geneva! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was variated.

Fresh fruit is missing - There is a fruit salad but it is not the same, or syrup canned fruit ( really offputting ) I would really appreciated variety of fresh fruit available Marmalade and jams are limited Spead chocs i snot available

Clean, nice and very quiet room with tea/coffee available, nice bathroom, excellent location and helpful smiling staff. A travel QR code ticket given by the hotel to travel around Geneva using tram, buses was very useful

The room configuration was a bit odd. The toilet was on the other side of the room (far from the main bathroom), and didn't have a sink to wash hands. No USB outlets and not easy to charge overnight.

The bed and bathtub was very comfortable. Location is excellent.

Only 1 elevator, and it's too tiny even for Asians like us. Too expensive, but that's the standard in Geneva.

The location is superb. The staff are mixed, some friendly, some not. Kudos to Nabil at the restaurant for his superb service & kindness. Clean.

The ladies at the front desk could be a little more helpful. You had to ask around, such as where breakfasts were or where the elevator was.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very very clean. The hotel is smaller, cozy with an Indian vibe.

The air conditioning was working but even if you set it to hotter settings, it would blow out cold/chilly air. Considering it was winter when we travelled, it was a bit of a downer but the room wasn’t freezing either. It was just cold/chilly inside if you let the air conditioning run.
