We had lovely direct views if the lake, very quiet area and staff were nice. Plenty of off street covered parking for the hotel. The bathroom was immaculately clean.

Fabulous location overlooking the Thunersee. Very attentive staff. Superb and well presented evening meal from the excellent restaurant and terrase overlooking the lake. Easy access to Thun and Interlaken.

The room has an outdated look, even if everything worked fine. Maybe add more English translations for breakfast items. The windows were not simple to close completely, so we got some noise from outside during the night.

The staff responded quickly and was nice about our late arrival upong check-in day. Room service was done every day. Breakfast had a pretty decent range of choices for meat lovers and vegetarians. The breakfast room had a nice view on the lake. Parking for guests was much appreciated.

No air conditioning. Very close to a train rails. Very noisy. We had 2 rooms one was renovated and the second one old style.

Very clean, great breakfast, very nice and friendly people. Close to a lake next to a great swimming area. We spent there with the kids every afternoon.

A wonderful place to relax with breathtaking views! The hotel is located not far from Interlaken and offers a stunning view of the lake, mountains, and waterfalls — truly a beautiful setting. The restaurant terrace was especially impressive: very cozy and comfortable, perfect for enjoying the scenery while having a cup of tea or coffee and talking in peace. We spent several hours there, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, with a good selection of fruits, smoked salmon, cheeses, bread, and light snacks. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean, with soft bedding and a great shower — everything matched the price and expectations. The hotel is accessible by bus (about a 10-minute ride, the bus runs once an hour) or by private car. Even though it’s slightly outside the town, the peaceful location and incredible views make it absolutely worth staying here.

Too much noise in the room, you could hear others in adjacent rooms. Anyone who opened or closed the door, the noise could be heard. From the street also a lot of noise from deliveries and street activities. There was only one quilt per bed which in the summer time was hot, I expected another option for warm weather. The elevator was not the best one excepts.

The staff were really helpful and nice. The restaurant was nice, great food, and really delicious summer salad on the menu - very good value for money in Swiss standards. Nice hiking pathes around the hotel anf great view to the lake Thun.

No one at reception from 11.30- till 2pm: It would be great if a note indicates where guests can leave their luggage if they arrive in this window. A display to reflect nearest boat and bus station. All displays also in English please. Dining menu: More vegetarian dining options with real food not just everything filled with salad leaves or soup.

Lisa was a super host. She made sure our stay was comfortable, and we felt welcomed. Breakfast spread was great. Lake view from dining area was fabulous. Room was comfortable with awesome mountain view. Interlaken and train stations easily approachable by ferry and bus - both are within 5-minutes' walk. Convenience store nearby so you do not have to worry about anything, really!
