The breakfast was awful. Probably one of the worst I have experienced. No plates available. I had to ask both mornings. Selection was not good at all. This was a pity because everything else about the hotel was excellent.

View from the room was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Staff were really lovely too.

The food. To expensive, and the steak was hard to chev and the baked potato was heated again. Tastet like it was maked the day before.

Breakfast was terrible - very little choice, very basic and poor quality. Bread was stale. Definitely would skip the breakfast entirely in the future. Which is sad as it really lets the hotel down.

Hotel is really well placed and accessible. Staff are fabulous and location near the lake is nice, with Geneva centre only a short journey away.

Spent 2 days here. Great staff at both reception and dinner service. Location 5 mins walk from Versoix train station, which is 16 mins from Geneva station.

There is no kettle provided in the rooms, but there is a coffee pod machine instead. However, boiled water is provided downstairs in restraunt.

Beautiful welcoming hotel with beautiful scenic lake view. . Friendly helpful staff on hand. Very close to transport and shops for any amenities. Not a far bus ride, too, and from the airport and free complimentary travel passes are provided into and around Geneva also.

The room was as described. We left a personal item and we were phoned as soon as it was found so were able to return and collect. This was excellent and thank you.

Check-in took ages - there was a problem at Geneva Airport so many flight were cancelled and many spent the night at this hotel. The check-in process was very slow and so it took about 90 minutes to get checked-in after midnight, with about a dozen or so guests in front of me. The staff did their best so not their fault, but it certainly wasn't a quick process, not helped by Easyjet telling customers to go there but they didn't have enough bookings so had to be turned away which delayed things further. Luckily my Booking.com booking was OK.

Double bed was two singles put together and made up as singles. View was of a gym directly opposite. Bar food not available at 9pm so I had to eat at the restaurant which wasn't really what I wanted. No complimentary refreshments in room.

The electric plugs are Swiss standard and you need a converter. If it is first time visiting Switzerland you need to bring your converter. We asked to reception and they helped providing a converter during our stay with a small deposit. You can buy it in any Migros for 10 CHF too.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and well decorated. I adored the view of the lake. If you take breakfast or dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, you can enjoy the incredible view too.

The temperature in the room (23C!!!!) and the air conditioning that was blowing the whole night. The temperature system is regulated centrally and so it is impossible to lower the temperature and / or switch off the air conditioning.

I think the rooms could have a little fridge so that one can bring in supplies from the supermarket below.

I have stayed here many times as i love the location. Having said that, it is right under the flight path, and the planes stop at midnight. The staff are always delightful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate and clean.
