We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Slightly out of town so very good value and great room with very comfy beds and pillows. Self check in was easy and it was a 10 min walk into town max. Restaurant on site, but didn’t try it.

United StatesOnly issues was we each only had one pillow and it was very thin. Asked for more but they said they were out. Also it is hard to cool the room off at all because of the neighboring horse barn smells.
Great stay. Super nice staff that were willing to hold our bags after we checked out. House keeping remade beds everyday. Very nice bathroom with shower that gets very hot. Full size tv with YouTube and other services. Great view and only a 7 minute walk to restaurants/train station.

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. It was very clean and incredibly easy to check in. The room was also comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

IsraelNo breakfast and no possibility to get one over the Xmas holiday. Problem was partly solved by supplying a kettle but this should be standard. On top of that the heating stopped working, which was not the hotel's mistake and they gave us a heater. Furthermore, they allowed us to cancel the last night and promised to return the money, still waiting..... Still, not a pleasant experience
