We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is simply an outstanding hotel - excellent location in the heart of the old town, lovely rooms, first class staff, very nice breakfast and good bar. Couldn’t fault it. It’s not cheap but this standard of hotel just doesn’t come cheap. We really enjoyed our stay.

AzerbaijanOn the way back to the hotel from the main street it is uphill and hard to travel with a baby and a stroller so we took a taxi instead, overall it is not a big thing though.
The location was perfect, the hotel is located in old town and only 2 minutes away to the main street by walking. The staff is really nice always smiling and helping at all matters, also we loved the breakfast even though it was tiny surprisingly they had everything for a good breakfast and the quality of the products and food was outstanding!

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff on the desk as you walk in and out. Bed was so so comfy, we’ve had the best sleep in a long time.

Extremely friendly service. When arriving by car the car has to be parked by a valet (due to the hotel being in the old city) which was very well and reliably organized. The hotel is very dog friendly. And, something really to mention: the mattresses were excellent. The shopping area is in walking distance.

The location was great situated in the heart of the old town. We could have happily stayed longer than our short flying visit permitted. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices available all presented beautifully. I would highly recommend this charming characterful hotel to anyone.
