Nothing, everything was great.

It was a wonderful apartment, very clean and recently renovated. We were greeted by the gracious host who was very kind and helped get us situated. It was also quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. Don't let the other reviews scare you off, they seem like they are guests who clearly damaged the place and wanted to get away with it, since we had nothing but positive experiences with the wonderful hosts.

This is a really great apartment. It has a large space and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils. There is also a balcony, a bathroom, and a shower, making it very comfortable. The apartment as a whole is quite new. It's a 5-minute walk from the supermarket, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The host is very kind and enthusiastic, patiently introducing us to the various functions of the room, as well as the transportation and city conditions in Interlaken. It's really good.！

One thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, which is quite common in Switzerland, but the overall comfort more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Modern City Apartments in Interlaken. The building is brand new and strategically located near several supermarkets and great restaurants. It’s just a short walk from both Jungfraustrasse bus stop and Interlaken West train station, which made getting around very convenient.The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well equipped, truly a perfect base for exploring the region. A special thank you to Bettina and Thomas for their outstanding hospitality! Bettina was incredibly welcoming and flexible during both check-in and check-out. She also took the time to share excellent recommendations for local activities, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The building is brand spanking new, and so well built (good airflow and concrete walls for noise reduction)! The unit is big, airy, and full of light. It has all the major amenities (especially good working washer/dryer and dishwasher), and it's super quiet and slightly tucked away despite being so close to the major Interlaken hub. So after your day trips to the beautiful area, you can come home to fully relax and rejuvenate. Absolutely would stay here again and again!
