Location is incredible, breakfast was good and fresh

For such a big chalet hotel they only have 5 parking spots. We took a suite but it was on the ground floor so the view was obstructed. It’s a bit old fashioned and maybe the cost was more than you’d expect to pay but granted we went on a busy weekend

Great location , close to the city center with friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day , this is a great plus . Breakfast was delicious . Spacious room with breathtaking view over the mountains . Very pet friendly .

Good breakfast.

One of my favourite places on our Europe trip - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and every little detail was amazing - down to the wonderful bath crystals that sadly I didn’t have time to use. The sauna, pool and wellness area were pure bliss on our rest day on the Haute Route and the hotel is conveniently on the major bus route from Le Chable and the Verbier bus to the gondola and centre is free. Loved this place! PS: the breakfast was unreal too! Not to be missed!

Nothing, we loved our stay

Best location for verbier festival events at the Salle de Grand Combins, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Coffee machine not hot enough. Lack of a simple bar food menu.

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the breakfast spread was great. However it was the staff that made our visit so superb, particularly Marie - she was so informative, friendly, professional and fun. The information she shared made our time in Verbier even more special. Thank you!

It’s a very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, good variety for breakfast. But the best part of the experience is the staff members, always kind and helpful. A special thanks to Virginia and her husband who went above and beyond to help me in a tricky situation ❤️

Spacious room, very functional

Everything was perfect: the location close to the main street and main Festival Hall, tasty and varied breakfasts, clean and quiet rooms. But the main asset of this hotel is its highly friendly and helpful staff.
