The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room gets VERY hot - makes it hard to sleep. Also, the sound barriers are very weak, you can hear every little thing.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff. Loved the restaurant nearby and free breakfast included. Free bus pass to the towns, quick rides.

Very cute place!!!! Our view front the window was the lake and it was amazing. It is easy to arrive here from the train, we took a bus that dropped us right in front. The breakfast was amazing, and also the restaurant for lunch. Very calm atmosphere and just beautiful!!!

Sloping roof would be difficult for anyone really tall. No lift to get suitcases up to upper floors.

Fabulous peaceful location right on the lake front with ferry dock. Has its own bus stop right outside the hotel for very easy access to Interlaken, which takes 10 minutes (West) 15 minutes (East). Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Room was comfortable and a good sized bathroom

The shades and curtains in the window aren’t fully dark, allowing some light to get in. Not a huge problem unless you want a baby to sleep earlier than sunset (10pm for the time of my visit)

Breakfast was incredible, also with an amazing lake view. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lake activities were readily available and easy to find (kayaking, sailing, swimming). The direct boat to Interlaken centre was definitely a plus

Evening meals in the restaurant were not so enjoyable. The food was good but the ambience was spoiled by very loud music nearby which was not to our taste, dogs and passers by.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Wonderful balcony with lake views. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very welcoming on the whole. Our family were camping at the Manor House campsite so the hotel was very convenient.

The staff was very helpful and the accomodation was perfect as we were able to take a bus that went back into interlaken from the accomodation. Amazing breakfast too!

We spotted little spiders entering the room when the windows were opened, a weird fragrance in one room, and the teacups did not appear to be changed during our stay. There is nothing to help carry large-sized luggage to the top floor. There is no lift; thus, it is self-service only.

The property is located far from the main Interlaken station; thus, we must take the bus every half hour. However, the views from the property area and the lake are so appealing that one may spend hours staring at them. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options, and the seating arrangement was wonderful, with a lake view. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
