We arrived around 1PM and check in time was at 3PM. Although our suite was available, we would’ve had to pay additional 20e to check in early which was a first for us. We opted not since we planned to drop off luggage and go into the city right away.

It was clean, modern and new. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The family suite was very spacious for our family of 4. We didn’t have to wait too long for the shuttle van. The next day shuttle to the airport was very smooth as well.

We needed a hotel to spend one night close to the airport and this was the perfect location. The shuttle bus from and back to the airport was very convenient. The tram to city centre was also very close. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff exceptionally helpful and smiling! Breakfast was lovely with lots of options!

A minor gripe is that my double bed was two singles pushed together with single bedding, which was a little unusual! The TV has barely any channels but if you're here on holiday, you won't be watching it much anyway. I stayed in the "quiet zone", but there were several very noisy children screaming and parents playing children's TV at full volume through the night, so that was a little annoying, but not the hotel's fault. A drinks menu with prices would be nice in the bar area, and a restaurant menu with prices in your room would drive sales. I ended up heading into the city for all my meals instead.

The staff really make this hotel a fantastic short stay location. They could not be any more helpful, even after checkout. They stored my baggage before check-in so I could explore the city, they gave me a free travel pass for the tram, and they stored my bags after checkout and organised a free airport transfer. Customer service is absolutely top notch. They all seem to speak 3+ languages too, which is nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable too. Decor is great and the building is well maintained. And they serve local stout in the bar, which is really unusual! The location is close to the airport on a quiet retail estate, five minutes from the main tram route to town or CERN. Make sure you check out the Alpine Garden and Reptile House over the road too!

We arrived very late staff were helpful and courteous. We left very early the next morning and took the free shuttle to the airport.

I wish there 24hr transports to the airport. Getting an Uber for an early morning flight was difficult as well as figuring out the transportation as foreigners. But overall I had a pleasant stay.

The staff was super friendly and helped me out as much as they could! The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The location was also great, next to a little shopping mall to get out and walk around after a long day of travel without going too far.
