They upgraded me to a different hotel with 4 stars (100 meter away) so I can’t really say anything about this hotel except that where I was upgraded to was great

It was very clean, with comfortable beds. Supermarkets were nearby, and just 15 minutes walking distance from the city center.

The receptionists very very polite and helpful. Especially Arman, who during the checkout was giving a lot of recommendations, valuable advices. Arman’s friendly communication made this hotel definitely our first choice in future when we or our friends visit Zurich.

The walls are so thin we could hear everything happening on the next room. We could hear all the conversations like it was inside our room. Our sleep was not the best

It was very clean and we had clean towels everyday. The room was minimal but for sleeping it was okay. Bathroom was renovated so that was good.

I just wish the bathroom was bigger, like both the showers and bathrooms and sink to be in one room so that the bathroom is separate from the room.

I really liked the vibes of the room, it was minimalistic and comfy and it’s mainly all you need. It reminded me of my university studio room, it was very comfortable and cozy.

The doors to the bathroom and room are somewhat sticky to close and require a little bit of force. Which then made a closing sound that was loud enough for other rooms to hear. So, we could hear other rooms closing their doors through the evening. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it was something that disturbed out sleep a bit.

We stayed here the night before our flight back to Canada. It was a great hotel right in the middle of lots of bars, restaurants, food markets etc. It was easy to get to from the main Zurich train station, by catching a short tram which stopped only a few meters from the hotel. Front Desk staff was pleasant, helpful and we had a good laugh on arrival and checkout. Our room was also moved from an opposite property facing window > out to the main road with a view of the mountain in the back ground. We enjoyed our stay.

It can be noisy, with trams passing regularly, but this is balanced by convenience of local transport links. It would have been useful to have some printed information in the room about times for checkout, breakfast etc. Our room would have been improved with a full-length mirror, perhaps inside the wardrobe door, and a more comfortable chair.

This is the third time we have stayed here, whilst visiting family in Zurich. The location is excellent for transport links. The staff are friendly and helpful (and with good English), and there is always someone on the desk to answer queries. WiFi is free and easy to access. The buffet breakfast is generous and fresh, served in a comfortable dining room/bar with windows on the street. There is a handy supermarket across the road, and many local eateries.

The room we've booked is equipped with a kitchenette, and oven. However, we were not allowed to use it and there were no kitchen appliances of any kind to be used. The description is correct but photos can be misleading.

Breakfast was kinda lightweight, bed was cheap, a broken light, but I’ve seen worse.

It’s a budget hotel, good to stay a few nights and not much more. Staff was nice, everything was reasonable clean albeit old fashioned. Basic accommodation ok.

The hotel is basic but meets all needs for a stop over and if you have the pleasure to meet Andreas on reception he goes above and beyond to be accommodating, kind and friendly.

When I arrived, the receptionist was not very friendly. The one in the morning was much nicer. I could hear shower and toilets from neighboring rooms quite well

The beds were pretty firm which made them not too comfortable for us.

We did not have the breakfast. It was the basic breakfast offerings. The location was a bit from the action but you could walk or take the transit to the main town area. The staff was extremely friendly.

Most of the staff was terrible. The lady that checked us in mocked on my question about the free access to public transportation provided by all hotels in Switzerland. She said “nothing is free in Zurich”. The man in the evening refused to warm my daughter’s milk. He said it was I wasn’t supposed to request that. I was just asking to use the microwave to warm milk for a 1-year-old baby. The only person who treated us well was the lady from the afternoon. Also, The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were old and full of holes.

The location was good - 15 minutes from centre (but you have to pay for the transportation because the hotel does not provide the free access to public transport) and the size of the room was fair.

The staying was good, but if I could improve something it’d be the variety on breakfast but that’s all.

The place is cozy, well located and staff are very kind and useful. The receptionist Sladna ( not sure if I spelt correctly 😂) is a great person, polite and giving many tip on what to do and eat.

I was not aware of the parking fee and deposit before booking. Probably I was not stated clearly, which left me with a bit of negative feelings to have to pay more than expected
