We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBe mindful that if you don’t have a car, and are walking, the entrance/exit is very steep. Best suited for folks that are very strong/mobile. Bring a roller bag, for sure!
Property was well located to town, train, grocer with glorious views! Also very well stocked for cooking. Great steam room, too!

MalaysiaThere was a mixed-up on our arrival dates but was sorted out quickly. Please bring your own bath soaps and shampoo and no complimentary tea/coffee and sugar so you need to bring your own.
Our second time to Villars-Sur-Ollon. The Panaroma Hotel was a studio apartment with sofa bed and extra double bed for children with complete cooking utensils with mountain view. A short walking distance to Coop and a few minutes away from town. The host Anne was very helpful and answer all of our questions and Ana too. Great location nearby ski centres too. After skiing you can go to the heated pool or sauna. Thank you Anne and Ana we will be back again to Villars-Sur-Ollon.

United Kingdomwe booked for 3 and only got two sets of towels. all 3 of us got asthma after the first night in the apartment. Didnt realise it was carpets on the walls in the lift, on the floors every where and in the studio flat. we may have missed that info

Hong KongThe 2 main reason to not book this place: 1) the owner is unpleasant to deal with, will send lots of messages, but does not take accountability 2) place only has 12sqm of usable space, it should not be called apartment and barely qualifies as studio When we arrived at 9pm, we managed to get the key, but then the card did not work and we could not get into the building! It took us close to an hour of running around trying to find someone to help and luckily met some friendly inhabitants who let us in. It turned out the owner simply forgot to extend the card validity! The next shock came when we entered the apartment - it is tiny. We literally thought we were given the wrong apartment as our booking confirmation (pic below, this info has since been changed by owner) mentioned ‘living room and separate bedroom’. Instead it was 1 room with a sofa bed and the ‘separate bedroom’ was the corridor with a pull down bed, divided from the living room by a curtain! We asked the owner about this, but instead of admitting (mistake? intentional?), she came up with a list of (irrelevant) points: she sent the pics before, we did not read all the details, look at the price paid, we are too many people, all other guests have been happy, she could have opened the door if we called her (a lie as we confirmed with security), she is not making any money on this rental… We had enough and simply wanted to leave and her 'generous offer' was to reduce the total cost by 10%. At that point we realise the conversation was pointless, so just left and are hoping to be able to dispute the amount and get it returned. And if you think this is quite a lot to deal with, then you are right, this ruined our holiday! So be aware before booking!
Our holiday was ruined by the deceptive description and owner attitude, so there is unfortunately nothing to like.
