Despite the largeness of bathroom (with bath rub), the shower curtain seems to be possible problem. The curtain is not plastic material made, so it soaks the water while showering, which might possibly fall off and kind of inconvenient.

The view worths everything! you can see the lake Lugano easily and without any cover from living room and sleeping room. There's a terrace with table and chairs for you to have a great breakfast made from the kitchen accompanied, observing the beautiful lakeview and sunrise. Of course, the night view is terrific too. The kitchen equipped with every kind of cookware (except medium size bowls), oven, stove, coffee maker, etc. Each space in the property is large, no matter it is living room, kitchen, sleeping room. Also, there're so many closets for you to personal stuff. It is clean too, so overall we enjoyed comfortably. By the way, less in 5 mins walk passing through the stairs on a small hill to Paradiso Station.

Mattress was not comfortable and property was advised. I have back pain from the 4 nights. Shower head rod was missing and a stick on was placed that made it difficult to shower. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Kitchen was not well stocked - no small bowls, no baking sheet. We had to ask our in laws for things and we were mainly eating at family. The dishwasher was broken and this was not advised prior and they only left one kitchen towel. Sofa also sagged in the back. Clearly cheapest Ikea furniture. The train was a bit loud as it passed often.

The location was fine and the view was good but we needed a comfortable place to stay for a few days and be close to family in the area. The size of the apartment was good. The apartment is close to transportation and easy walking distance to the lake and center of Lugano. Wifi worked which was good.

The mattress of the bed is already quite used so it doesn't support you well during sleeping. The kitchen could have had a small pot more and some salt/pepper basics.

The view is stunning, the location is really great, the apartment is very spacious and bright and the bathroom had everything you could ask for.

- There is a contract you have to sign and is not mentioned anywhere on the booking page. The contract is rigged against you and is not presented before you book or pay for the apartment, but you can see and read it only after your have already paid and there is no more option of refund so you are forced to sign or loose your money. Very very bad practice and customer experience. Borderline legal i would say. Definitely not moral. - washing machine is broken for months and still not replaced - noise from the trains going by every few minutes whole day and night makes it hard to sleep and relax - very cheap uncomfortable mattress - cheap Ikea furnishing - I got a feeling that the apartment is from 1990s and the owners just wants to maximize the profits and don't care much about client well being. - for that money I was expecting better experience.

I contacted them privately to request a refund, but they dismissed all of my complaints, accused me of lying, and refused to offer any compensation. Here’s what went wrong during our stay: - No air conditioning in the August heat - Provided fans were defective - Couch was unsafe and broken - Balcony was dirty with uncomfortable furniture - Rat sighting on the balcony - Unresponsive customer service My wife and I chose to stay here for our anniversary, hoping for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we encountered numerous issues that made our stay far from enjoyable: 1. **No Air Conditioning**: Staying in this property without air conditioning during August was unbearable. The intense heat made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. 2. **Defective Fans**: The property provided two fans to deal with the heat, but one didn’t work at all, and the other was broken into two pieces. Although it functioned, it kept falling apart and required constant reassembly. 3. **Unsafe and Broken Couch**: The couch was poorly maintained and unsafe. When I leaned my head on the armrest, the plastic pieces holding it together snapped, causing the arm to fall off and nearly injuring me. 4. **Dirty Balcony and Uncomfortable Furniture**: We were excited to enjoy the view from the balcony, but it was filthy, covered in dirt and dried leaves. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one chair had a crooked leg, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the scenery. 5. **Rat Sighting**: While trying to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, we saw a rat scurry across the balcony sill. We immediately went inside and closed all the doors, afraid it might come in. This incident left us feeling unsafe and ruined any chance of a pleasant experience. 6. **Unresponsive Customer Service**: Despite reporting the broken couch and defective fans, customer service only acknowledged our complaint but took no action to resolve the issues.

Everything. The view is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and spotless! Great area, near to the lake and great restaurants. The noise of the train was not such a big deal, as many comments stated. We fell in love with Lugano and this apartment, and we will come back for sure. Thank you!

Totally insufficient and suitable kitchen ware. Pans were ridiculously big, very few suitable mugs, bowls and dishes. Kitchen has all the gadgets but nothing to eat or cook with. No condiments or cooking bits to get you going. Loads of storage….but nothing in it!! Furnishings were absolutely minimalist. virtually nothing!
