We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe Room Key electronics were not working correctly, so they could NOT give each guest a card key fore their room. As a result, they sent a concierge member up to the room to unlock it each time that a guest needed access to their room. The design was very modern, which in my opinion made ti almost sterile looking or maybe better described as stark.
The Hotel was very clean and the staff courteous and friendly. It was also very modern from a 1980's style. I had a gorgeous view of lake Geneva. The food was excellent.

AustraliaBeautiful location opposite Lake Geneva, a short walk from the town centre. The room was very quiet, with a huge window you could open wide! The bed was super big and extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, although the shower over the bath was a bit narrow. The concierge desk was very helpful and thoughtful, going out of their way to organise a trip to Yvoire for me, and reception was quick and friendly. They also were excellent when I realised I'd left a bag of dresses in the hotel after we'd moved on. They located the bag and posted it to me quickly. The hotel is close to the main station, Cornavin, and there are some great restaurants in the back streets between hotel and station.

ItalyThe location is a 10 min uber ride 15-20 min walk from most of the best restaurants and shopping in Geneva. Also its very windy just outside the hotel so if you have taken the time to look nice be careful.
Good room with very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. No problem with A/C and the bathroom was functional with plenty of storage. Ability to block all light for sensitive sleepers and the room was very quiet. The pool is pretty awesome and you can eat/drink right by the pool. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

First of all, the staffs are friendly, which I care about the most. Also, the location is great, very suitable for travelers who want to enjoy the view of the lake. In the middle between Palace UN and old town, you can choose to relax in the nearby park or go shopping ;)

Kuwaitrooms need renovation. cleaning rooms was not good enough. pillows are very bad and I left with neck pain . Room dining food is fair . internet was not good enough although free , once you close the phone you need to log in again and again , breakfast is expensive compared to food selections . as a five star hotel I really expected much more than that , I hope if the management do inspections from time to time to see how is everything going , and rooms renovation is really a must to upgrade the level of the hotel to match star alliance.

KuwaitThat the hotel doesn't have a hair and nails salon which is a priority in Geneva.
The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out. The food was full of variety to satisfy all tastes, and it was very high quality food too. The whole theme of the hotel was modern and the flower arrangements was gorgeous to suit the Fall season.

United KingdomThe room was very small and decor and fittings were dated. The 32-inch B&O TV was last produced in 2011, which shows how long since the rooms were last updated. Breakfast service was very poor, menu options were not explained (didn't find out you could order eggs benedict until day three) and staff spent most of there time retrieving items from the self-service buffet instead of facilitating the al la carte. Most mornings I had finished the majority of my breakfast before being offered a coffee. Overall, massively overpriced for the quality of room and service.
