You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Lucerne, staff were great and breakfast very nice too.

SwitzerlandSmall things: the volume on the tv remote didn’t work, the pedal bin in the bathroom did not function, and the shower would not maintain its overhead trajectory unless the button was held manually. We reported all this to the front office and they said it would be fixed, however we only stayed one night so couldn’t benefit from the repairs.
It was close to the train station, and a short distance from Chapel Bridge. Our room was quiet and well sound proofed with comfortable beds. The front-desk team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices were copious and the food was freshly prepared and well presented. Individual coffee orders were provided by the service team who were welcoming and efficient.

Comfortable room and bed, very convenient location (three minute walk to the main train station and just across the street from a stellar bakery), 24 hour reception made for an easy late night check-in, friendly (for Switzerland) and efficient staff.
