The breakfast was too expensive. Forty dollars was prohibitive, and the quality of the food did not justify the cost. It should have been included. Bar drinks were also too expensive. Starbucks, the local cafe, and restaurants were better choices. Shower floor was very slippery. No mats available so had to use a towel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were good at answering questions and providing information about local services and attractions. The separate shower and toilet was a positive layout. Unfortunately, the hall entrance door was warped and hard to open and close. The fitness center was very nice. The location was very good. Close to the train stop, COOP for groceries, Starbucks, and eating spots. Shower supplies were in wall squirt bottles making them very convenient. Needed a separate one for shampoo. Currency change available (Euros to Francs).

The drainage in the sink didn't let the water through and the room above mine was very noisy - I could hear every step and even more (they were moving the furniture around their room at night, something fell very loudly) so I couldn't say I had a very relaxing sleep.

Very nicely designed and comfortable hotel, amazing views from the room. The room is spacious, has all the neccessary appliances. Daily cleaning is a big puls.

Location was a bit isolated. It felt like a cramped inn. The rooms need to be refurbished. The shower area was very cramped and all the water was not contained. I kept knocking my shoulder and elbow. The bedhead has seen better days.

Breakfast was a good spread. The room was a bit cramped. The location was bit off the centre but easily accessible by tram No12. The fitness centre was cramped and too may people at the same time was a bother. It was on the top floor with a good view. The staff were helpful.

The food quality of the restaurant is just so so. We have dinner at the G/F restaurant but the lamb rack is too hard and can only said it is “warm” but joy hot enough

We booked the hotel via Booking.com and then tried to extend our stay. That's were things got really complicated. At the end I don't care who's at fault, booking or the hotel. But it should not be such a complicated excercise to exend my stay for two days.

Bench in room and bed headboard leather was falling/flaking off, looked cheap and bad. The room with the separate toilet was bright pink/purple with mirrors. Didn’t remind me of a 5 star business hotel. Room could have used a rug to soften the echo/coldness/emptiness of the room for comfort Range of TV channels limited
