Very well-located, 3 mins walk from the train station with Coop and Migros very close by, very nice and accomodating staff, room is very new and clean, the bed and room itself is not so spacious but bathroom comes with 2 sinks and bathtub

No refrigerator in room. We travel with medicine that needs to be refrigerated and missed that detail. They were helpful at the front desk by storing it for us. Breakfast was a little bit sparse by American standards. Some bread, cheese, yogurt, croissants and fruit; also some eggs that you could hard boil, plus juice and coffee. There was enough, but nothing extra.

Great location, steps from train station. We stayed in one of the family rooms, with a queen bed and 2 full size bunk beds. Room had lots of storage for the four of us. Also there was a balcony with a small table and chairs to sit outside. Very clean facilities.

It was perfect! Perhaps a bit expensive, but it was high season in Zermatt and we booked at the last minute, so not a surprise.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Derby. It is located steps from the train station, so very accessible. The staff were amazingly friendly. The room was very comfortable and we even had a view of the Matterhorn! The breakfast was delicious.

The very impolite lady working in the reception. We haven't any cash to pay the city taxes (just a card), but if we knew in advance that payment was required by cash, or, at least, if she had let us withdraw the money, it wouldn’t have existed any problem. She got crazy about the card payment, and, literally, threw the card machine on the receptionist's desk to show all her anger (in front of other guests). She was very disrespectful and could've spoken to us without freaking out, so we could’ve easily solved this minor thing.

Absolutely Appartment is gorgeous , very close to railway station (3 minutes walking) , At front desk Alex Was very helpful friendly, Alex service was outstanding. Hotel others staff was very friendly and helpful too .

We had a broken patch in the balcony that we were not told about. With small children, we found it a little difficult. But they had covered it with a wooden crate so it wasn’t an immediate danger! just that we had to watch out for the crack in the centre..from the kids! that’s all.
