The breakfast service was not that helpful and friendly. He was more busy with decorating the terrace than to serve the guests.

Beautiful decorated rooms with an amazing view to the lake with a rich and good breakfast. Helpful and nice people at the reception make your stay very comfortable.

Friday night the whereabouts of the hotel were really dessert. Everything was closed. Nothing to do around. The restaurant of the hotel is a bit expensive, even for swiss terms. Low lights in the room.

wonderful hotel, great location with great sunset and sunrise the room was clean and efficient we had a great dinner in the restaurant. it was Christmas! the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

I love the place next to the lake even in winter it is beautiful. I have been to the hotel three times and it was always excellent, this time the fireplace was working! Lovely breakfast.

A bit weird light setup in the room, but all good

The hotel is located just in front of the promenade and the views from the terrace and the balconies are awesome with the boats and the lake. It's also located in the old town of Lutry, surrounded by local commerce . Parking spaces are available very close by and public transport is about 3-5 min away The staff was really nice with us and provided all the needed support.

I would have appreciated a water kettle next to the coffee machine to be able to make an herbal tea in the evening.

The ceiling in our 3rd floor room was low due to the angle of the building's roof line and I hit my head getting out of bed a few times.

Primarily, the location couldn't have been better. The hotel is located right next to the boat dock and a few minutes walk to the beach and public swimming area. Also I need to mention the staff at check in, all were very welcoming and friendly. With the summer heat hanging on well into October, we were given a fan which helped us sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower area was large enough to move around comfortably. I recommend this hotel and the town of Lutry for anyone traveling around the charming towns on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Splendid location on harbour and lake with restaurants nearby and beach promenade for longer than 1-hour walk. Places to swim foreseen. The room had wooden floors, and lovely lights, and the wall my window looked onto had a painting of the harbour in the front of the hotel. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, the staff very cordial and there was wheelchair access! Brilliant. Also, public parking at approx 100l of hotell0 Moving around to centre of Lausanne is easy by bus and quick.
