We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ArgentinaHad to go up 1 floor with stairs, not good with heavy luggage. This is a self check-in place so there is no staff on site, and there are only two self check-in machines and can’t check in before 3pm so I had to wait for other people to check in who had been waiting, they should add more machines.
Good price for being Switzerland, free local transport with the included Basel Card, which also gives you discounts in museums and other places (highly recommended: “National History Museum of Basel”, only 3.5 CHF with the discount)

TurkeyWe were on the top floor and there was no elevator. Also there was no air conditioner and unfortunately we stayed there in extraordinary hot days. Probably, it is normally not such a hot city but it was our bad luck.
We liked the silence and cleanliness of the room. Also they offered us breakfast two times because we complained about the overheat of the room. It became an atonement for us.

TaiwanCheck-in was done, but the touch pad of the room was not working, so didn't use the room I booked. The self check-in service is a good idea, but having this kind of problem can be a trouble to guests.
The staff from another hotel that probably cooperated with easy hotel was very helpful to solve our problem. Didn't use the room we booked, but with the swift solution provided by that staff, we had a good stay in another room. Again, much appreciated her help.

Location across the Rhine handy for cheap restaurants. A goid looking Thai restaurant is in tge hotel building. All self service, Spartan but comfortable rooms. I liked it was right on the bus route so was convenient it also was just around the corner from a coop shop the only thing was the check in was a bit difficult as I arrived early and had to sit and wait for a couple of hours and paid extra to check in early but the earliest was at 1pm I am disable and struggle with stairs but there was no stairs but they did put me on the first floor which made it easier but was a struggle but I did mange the stairs slowly check out was easy but I couldn't find where to put the room card so had to leave it on the top but overall was clean tidy own bathroom and great value 😀

SpainThere could have been at least a small table in the room. Just to eat a snack or do couple of things with laptop. After check-out, we put our luggage in the lockers in the lobby, but since we handed over our entry cards during check-out process and there was no receptionist or doorman at the hotel, we had difficulty getting back inside through the main door to take our luggages back. There was no elevator for guest for carrying luggages to the upper floors. Only stairs.
The hotel was quiet and clean. Most of the room was adequate. They have made every effort to keep the nightly prices down without compromising on comfort. Self check-in was very easy. Its proximity to the city center was very good. We used public transportation for free with the Baselcard they provided us and we were able to enter the zoo for half the price. There were lockers provided for guests in the lobby for using after check-out.

We liked that the bathroom was called the tiny loo. The room was absolutely fine for a night, and had everything that we needed. It was a 5 minute walk to the tram stop to get us to the centre or you could walk it in 20 minutes
