The rooms are so small can hardly open two suitcases in them, the pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep with. Had one that was so small or the other which was like a big inflated balloon.

Location was excellent so central and near the main train station Zurich HB. Very convenient for a one night stay. They had an online checkin option which was really good as it saved time when we got to the hotel.

the power outlets only supported flat plugs, so we couldn’t use some of our electronic devices without an adapter. It would be helpful if the hotel provided adapters or had universal outlets.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are very well designed, and everything seems thoughtfully planned out. I personally booked the Star Room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the in-house cinema – such a cool touch! Each floor also had a small utility room with an iron, ironing board, and a vending machine stocked with essentials, which I found super convenient. The location is excellent as well, making it easy to get around. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel – it’s a smart choice for both comfort and convenience.

The hot/cold water faucet is not that easy to use. I was there ironing my clothes and saw few people got confused using it. And the room is pretty dimmed too.

Rooms are small. We stayed 2 separate times. The first room allowed to accomodate luggage. The second round it was a bit smaller. It was only one night so we dealt w it. The folks are no nice and the rest of the hotel amenities are wonderful so it was fine overall

Location was great right next to the train station and Coop grocery store. Rooms were clean. Appreciate the staff holding our bags since we arrived early before check in. No room service but we were able to order drinks and a pizza from the bar downstairs and bring it up with us. This was a good hotel for a 1 night stopover before heading out to Lucerne.

Fantastic location and wonderful hotel! The staff was so welcoming and kind throughout the stay, which made the experience that much better. Would recommend anyone considering a visit to Zurich to stay at the Ruby Mimi.

The bathroom and shower were behind a transparent glass wall, so if you share the room with someone, you have to be comfortable with it. The sink was in the room which is unusual. The room was tiny

A few minutes walk from the train station. Very clean. Breakfast was rich, varied and of very good quality. Nice design - combining well the history ( the first cinema in Zurich was in that building). Pillows were soft and bed was comfortable

Conveniently located. Rooms although small - beds are comfortable. Shower is on the smaller side but still comfortable. The staff is very very nice - all of them. I recommend this property. No matter where you go in switzerland prices are ridiculously expensive but that’s not specific to this property.

Rooms can be fairly small and could do with coffee and tea in rooms

Great location and close to railway station. The checking is very simple and can be dine before arrival, but also can do at main reception in the bar wich is 24hrs a day. Rooms are comfortable but fairly small. The bed was clean and comfortable. Rooms are made to maximise all things in the small space. We found it totally fine, but it may be an issue if you want to spend a lot of time there. But saying that the bar area has plenty to offer and has a very nice feel to it. Two lifts for a total of six floors we didn't have to wait much at all. On level 1, there is a snack machine at cost, and tea and coffee are available for free. On the same level there is also a cinema we didn't visit this part but thought it was very cool and worth a mention. The bar has a really nice feel and always looks welcoming. There is plenty of choice of all drinks and some signature cocktails, these range from 16Fr to 20Fr. You can also hire an umbrella right by the door 5Fr for 48 hours. All in all, I believe the Ruby Mimi has a lit to offer and is fairly priced for its location and what it offers in Zurich.

The room has only a very small window. No proper bathroom - closed toilet but basin and shower in the room itself. Staff made a mistake with not storing our fridge items in the fridge and they were first lost and then when we found them, we realised it was kept out of the fridge for our entire stay. The receptionist was lovely and really did her best to help. We asked that management contact us to explain and follow up on what happened and we didn't hear back. This was disappointing because we did expect more, esp with their emphasis on good service.

The location is excellent, room was lovely with a great view (this really depends on the type of room) and staff was very friendly and did their best. Easy check in process and we loved the theme of the hotel - it had character and the reception was in the bar which was cool.
