We loved everything! The room was beautiful, and we received such a warm welcome from the hotel. Since we arrived late with our two little kids, we ordered food from room service — it was delicious and the portions were huge. The view was absolutely stunning. We did make one silly mistake though: we opened all the windows at night, which invited a lot of insects into the room!

They have to make two bedrooms instead one big room. It really possible in this size of room. anyway it was great hotel

Balcony with great view across the lake to mountains beyond. Shady Restaurant on the lakeside. Use of pool and access to swim in the lake. Within walking distance of the cable car to access the Rigi mountain with its fantastic views and spa facility.

Absolutely love this hotel, we didn’t want leave! Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a comfy beds and oh my goodness the view out of the window over the lake! Breakfast was simple but fresh and good quality. We loved having access to swim in the lake and use a paddle board. Great location to explore Mount Rigi and Lake Lucerne. Would recommend to everyone!!

This is a very small thing because everyone deserves time off but we were sad that we couldn’t try the pizza restaurant due to being closed Mon & Tues - however the hotel made it very clear before we arrived

Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful, large room right across from the lake. Super friendly service - we went down late for breakfast one day and they not only recommended a fantastic resturant, they also called ahead and checked for us that they were open. The food was fantastic. In short, can't recommend this enough. I'm definitely coming back

Everything was wonderful! We had a great stay as a family of 4. Kids loved the pool and the lake and it was a perfect peaceful place to stay.

My stay here was only for one night, but the hospitable hosts made it very comfortable and unforgettable. My room was large, with a large bathroom and a lovely terrace. The hotel has a restaurant by the lake with stunning views and serves delicious dishes grilled by the hosts in front of gests. Beatifull beach with sun loungers and access to lake. Lovely breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel and wish to come back again. Thanks!

Fantastic hotel with great staff. View from balcony looking down to Mt Pilatus is unreal. Stayed at most hotels in Weggis but this hotel is the one i will return to. Restaurant food was good as was breakfast. Location is perfect for going up Rigi mountain from cable car in Weggis or catching boat down to Lucerne. Took my 22-year-old Daughter for graduation present and even she was amazed by hotel and location.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a "family room," which gave us plenty of room for our family of four. The hotel - and the lake that it overlooks - are both beautiful. The staff is great, too. The room had AC, which was nice. I highly recommend.

This is a family-run hotel with history and a great view. We liked our room, the newly installed AC, and the water pressure. It was a quiet hotel, we never heard any noise. The breakfast is full of fresh food and homemade stuff. We also dined twice in the hotel restaurant, one of the region's best. The prices are Swiss-standard, meaning high. But the portions are big and the food is delicious. The hotel is also very close to the Luftseilbahn to Rigi and the ship station.

The parking spots are few. We were afraid to leave and come back to a full parking lot. So we did not use our car. The pool is nice, and they provide towels, but I did not like that we were not allowed to sit near the pool. It is the pool of the next-door hotel. I understand their guests have priority, but it wasn't easy to observe my children in the pool without anywhere to sit. On the last day, I got a reclining chair and to be honest, noone said anything.

We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.
