The cleaning personnel was very loud while cleaning the rooms, talking and laughing non stop (we could hear them from the room, we could not rest). The (many) mosquitoes on the terrace. The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste.

Great view of the lake, good food in the restaurant, delicious breakfast, overall a nice stay and a nice place, very cosy. The room was big and relatively comfortable.

I believe, price of property was bit expensive, if that could be better. Otherwise staff was quite freindly.

Property was located little away from Central Lucerne, but very convenient to reach the property thru public transport. Surrounding of Hotel was quite calm (away from traffic noise). The property has amazing view of Mount Platuis. I would recommend to pick lake view hotel, if you are staying for 2 nights or more. We found property bit expensive. But we enjoyed ourselves staying there.

Some more variety or some choice for Asian customers in the breakfast.

The location of the resort is little out of the way and if one does not have a car then be ready for a 15mins walk from the nearest bus stop. The scenic view from and around the hotel is just awesome and so beautiful. The staff are very kind, helpful and very co-operative.

Lake views are amazing, quiet area, rooms large and clean, and the food is great! Dinner is worth the price and the staff are very welcoming. This was my second stay here, and it was just as lovely as the first time.

We visited this hotel only for one night, and we liked it a lot. I recommend the hotel 100%, was everything very well cleaned, the rooms are nice and with an amazing view, and the breakfast was incredible. There was a wedding on the day we were there, and they did a little bit of noise until late, that was the only thing that we didn’t liked, but was also not a big problem. We will come back for sure!

The lake view was amazing. We booked the room with city view and we got an upgrade when we arrived at the hotel. The room was very clean and the breakfast very good. Especially the cheeses and the prosecco.

We would have used the balcony a lot more if it weren't for the guests next door constantly smoking. It is just not pleasant inhaling and smelling cigarette smoke when you're not a smoker.

Location was fabulous, room was a good size, very comfortable bed. Restaurant had very good menu.
