Room was fairly small but sufficient, missing some key amenities such as a kettle in the room and lack of air con in hot weather could be an issue.

Great location and exceptionally friendly staff, right on the lake and secure parking if you are arriving by car. Good breakfast and food in the hotel is good and reasonable price.

Clean modern hotel on a beautiful lake. It is pricey - but it is Switzerland - the lake is just wow! Bit of a trek to walk to town if its hot - 20 - 30 mins but worth a visit

The breakfast was not sufficiently staffed. We had to set our own table on Sunday as there were not enough people on staff to clean tables and assist. The coffee machines often malfunctioned. The room was a bit small, and the set up of the bathroom resulted in water from the shower splashing throughout the bathroom. The glass partition could be a bit longer to help avoid this.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. The spa is very well done and relaxing.

Breakfast was average, in terms of food selection and service ,seems to be self service we had to look for cutlery and napkins. It seems the hotel mainly caters for large groups, might have been our bad luck that we stayed there at the same time with many groups in the house.

The major downside is the lack of cooling in the room. Yes you can have the window open which definitely helps cool the room but with the lack of fly screens in place we definitely had some insects come in as well. All this can be avoided by not travelling in peak summer season too

There was a lot to like at seepark thun. The sauna and spa area were very impressive. The breakfast was a solid 9/10. And the bathroom in the room was really good

Not much we didn’t like, but this one is very important: no airconditioning!!! Beds too small. We had a very bad night’s sleep because of it. Also: very expensive rooms.

It’s basically an older conference hotel from the 80’s, that’s been updated to a 4 star hotel. None of the rooms face the lake and are not particularly roomy nor exceptional for the relatively high price, but well updated for today’s modern standards.

Picturesque location at the Thunersee, with friendly staff, outside restaurant seating, fabulous restaurant, outdoor food truck, swimming adjacent to the hotel, free bicycle rental, SUP rental, wellness facilities.

Fridge does not chill drinks (almost non functional; no water kettle (boiler); 20-m2 room area is too small compared to the price and other similar hotels; elecrical outlets not nearby the bed requiring bringing extension cords (in modern times, outlets next to beds are becoming the norms since people now carry alot of rechargable electronic gadgets; draining system of shower section of bathroom need improvement since water escaping to toilet section does not drain and keep floor wet.

Friendly staff; excellent location (nearby basic services, city center and tourist attractions); beautiful location (lake view access from lobby and restaurant, and gardens view access from lobby as well as from rooma balconies); very quite (no car or machinery noise) and relaxing in combination with the lake and gardens); plenty of car parking space; good breakfast variety.

Bad breakfast for the price. Nothing fresh and rather cheap dishes. Often the food was already empty when we arrived at 8:30/9:00 a.m. Check out at 10 a.m (breakfast also until 10:00) is horrendous and not standard. After asking they granted us 1h more.

I liked the breakfast, although I could imagine more vegetables, since we had only carrot, and one they there were no vegetables at all.
