Excellent three night stay in a very comfortable room with very friendly staff! Hotel has a terrific view of Lake Brienz and the added convenience of two restaurant choices.

Although the bus 103 is just outside the hotel, Wish it provide transport for the arrival and departure. Also wish the pillow is not too soft.

It faces the lake with no view obstruction. Awesome!

The view was beautiful from the room, it's a bus ride away from Interlaken OST, but definitely worth it. Room was big, homely and the view was sublime. You see the lake from your balcony and it's just so beautiful. Amenities were great and the free breakfast was amazing. Yasmin the receptionist, Benjamin and Jean-Paul, the chef for breakfast, were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay and I'll love to return when I make it back to Switzerland one day.

The beds could be less firm and I'd love to see more water conservation practices. For example, they replaced our towels every day even if they were hung up.

Having bus access was invaluable--once we figured out the routes and timing. The views are amazing, both morning and night. We spent a lot of time on the terrace/balcony space. Staff was helpful and kind.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

The view from the room, from the balcony and window, was awesome. The hotel sits bang on the shore of Lake Brienz, so the mountains and Lake make for a fascinating vista. The room was very comfortable. Bönigen is a lovely suburb itself and great for taking short walks around - it's just a half-hour walk to Wilderswill from where we took a train to Lauterbrunnen. It's also a short bus ride to Interlaken, with the bus stop being right next to the hotel. The local taxis were quick to respond to calls when we needed them during our trips in and out of Interlaken OST, as it was raining both times and we had a bit of luggage. The Italian food in the in-house restaurant is amazing.

We were upgraded to a large room with an enormous bath tub - a plus for many people but we mostly like to take showers but - we did adjust to extra luxury

The staff was very nice, the view from our room was breathtaking taking! The location is right across beautiful Lake Brienz, in a quiet little town. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel - which is a short ride to Interlaken for main train connections & travel conveniences. The boat dock is just a short walk away - the lake ride was beautiful!!

Everything was amazing, if we had known how brilliant the location was, we would have booked for a longer stay.

The breakfast was good, but we would have liked to have sausages with the cooked breakfast. The location was beyond words.

Amazing views, big rooms, great service and excellent pizza. All you get in a quaint part of interlaken town. Hotel is right in front of lake brienz and a cruise and speed boat is right in front of property. It’s connected to interlaken ost via a bus that is in every 30 mins. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a property with views, service and food.

The location was perfect in a quiet place. Lake view room was amazing except with some noise from the restaurant down but not a big issue. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly
