Everything was perfect

I arrived earlier than planned and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an early check-in, even though I hadn’t requested it. The room is very cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. It has everything you might need: an iron, an ironing board, a yoga mat, and even earplugs. There’s some reconstruction going on across the street, but it was fairly quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows. Guests also have access to a fitness club just across the road. There’s a brand-new coffee machine and an excellent minibar. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and even come with champagne. The restaurant also operates as a regular dining venue and features a lovely summer garden. The breakfasts are of high quality and, again, served with champagne. The location is perfect — right in the old town, very close to Paradeplatz, and just a 15-minute walk from the Congress Hall.

Honestly, not much to improve. Perhaps, it would be nicer if single rooms were slightly bigger, but it is not a big deal.

The hotel is located in the old town of Zurich, which is 700m away from the main train station, as well as near by there is a supermarket and a lot of other stores. The rooms are fancy and convenient, upon arrival the hotel provided me with complimentary fruits and a piece of chocolate, which was nice. The staff are polite, and the breakfast is really of good quality. Overall, I am very happy with the stay.

Their smallest room (Single with Twin Bed) is extremely small. I would argue too small. For example, I couldn't use the folding luggage rack without blocking the door, and using the toilet took some careful manuvering. The price I paid was probably commensurate with the size, but if I'd known it was /that/ small, I would have upgraded to the Standard Double. Other members of my family had the Superior Double, which was actually quite roomy, and the Junior Suite, which was a bit snug, but still plenty of space, along with having a balcony.

This is a very nice, soundproofed hotel, with an amazing breakfast. Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, though I don't generally stay at super-nice hotels. We stayed here last year, and knew we wanted to stay again this year.
