It has a small elevator. It's an older hotel but that's part of its charm.

Very nice family hotel. Best location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We lost a phone on this trip and Gregoire was very helpful in helping us find it through the police department. Thank you Gregoire!

Hotel has a slightly tired air to it, but to be honest this isn't a criticism, as this only enhances the character of this wonderful building, and increases the enjoyment of the stay.

The location is beyond superb! The views are simply stunning. This is a very, very special location. Hotel has bags of character - See below.

Location was fantastic, just across the road from the Christmas Market. Train station was a short walk away. Breakfast was adequate, and views from the breakfast room were amazing. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Lovely bar downstairs.

Pay attention to the parking if your stay is during working days. Maximum 2 hours stay in the parking in front of the hotel. There is another option at about 10 minutes walk. Parking fees are quite expensive.

Excellent location, personnel very friendly and breakfast really good. Do not expect a luxury hotel but you will find everything you need at a reasonable price.

The only real negative was that our room didn't have any curtains and the lights from outside were so bright that you could see your shadow inside the room. We had to wear eye coverings. Curtains would be an easy fix to an otherwise immaculate view of Lake Geneva and the Christmas market

Loved the location, breakfast and staff. We were greeted by David at the front desk, were able to check in early and the next day he was up and serving us breakfast with a side order of hot scrambled eggs. David was awesome and very helpful during our stay.

The room should be renovated since at several places the wall paper comes off.

Great location and you can enjoy the lake view from your balcony. Pay parking is available across the street. (No English so take us a little bit time to figure out that to enter your plate number at the meter to pay) Room is basic but serve the purpose. Breakfast is simple but good.

Some smell is present while you enter the property. Also it would have been nice to have a wardrobe with hangers in the room and not in balcony but this was no big deal.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The shower head was too big for the holder so it would tip down a lot and wouldn't stay in place. Other than that, everything else was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I had was comfortable and had a great view of the lake and Christmas market. The beds were nice too. Breakfast was great! Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would come here again.

The balcony overlooking the beautiful Lake Geneva! Also, the plentiful, nourishing and delicious breakfast in the lovely breakfast room! The morning and check out staff person was so kind and helpful. The historic look of the place was enchanting. The room fan was very helpful on those hot days.

The lift was not working on the morning we did our check out and we had big and heavy bags; we stayed for 2 nights but did not have room service for cleaning. It is important to notice tough that these factors did not ruin our stay. It was great!

The hotel located at front of the lake. The room is comfortable. The staff are friendly to the guests. Especially thanks to Mr. David to introduce the tourism line to us ,we can enjoyed the grape garden and good view.

The location of the hotel is very good, very near to Montreux train station. Just a 10 minutes walk from train station to the hotel. Mr David was very kind and friendly and he shared us tips on keeping fit and healthy. And the hotel breakfast is very nice. Nice ambience and tasty breakfast.
