The bed was listed as a double but actually to singles next to each other. This resulted in me waking up in the middle of the night between the two beds.

The kitchen staff was overworked and there was limited availability in the evening for dinner as a result. Management should be able to predict how busy the restaurant will be based upon occupancy and plan accordingly.

The desk in the room is tiny is you have to do some real work.

Nice modern room. Reception people were great. The hotel is not particular, rather the standard comfort and amenities in its category and a correct value for money. The location is great if you have some business at the EPFL. Convenient shared bike station just in front, bus and metro stops nearby. We didn’t tried the breakfast.

Differentiation in breakfast.

The room is spacy enough, the bathroom is great. The breakfast is quite expensive, I went to the university for a good breakfast. The personel is very friendly.

A little bit disconnected from public transports, probably need a car to really enjoy a care free experience.

I found the bed uncomfortable. On my first night I arrived late because of flight delays and could not get anything to eat.

Well placed for what I wanted to do. Staff were great. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to try and make my stay a good experience.

Some technological elements (e.g. shading blinds and the air conditioning system) were so innovative that we had to learn how to use them.

The hotel is very modern and excellently designed, very comfortable. The location is practical for visitors of the universities.

Unfortunately, in our room it was impossible to turn off the lighting in only one of the two rooms, which is quite inconvenient if there are 3 adult guests. We didn't like the service in the restaurant. Firstly, the choice of cheeses depended on the time of arrival and the day. The fruit was even worse. The staff just couldn't stand enough, one time there was practically no fruit while we were having breakfast and suddenly at the last minute there were full trays that were simply taken to the back room. We were 6 days and only 3 times it was possible to order an omelet. I was surprised that there was no way to get water for drinking during the day and there was a coffee maker in the room, but there were no glasses or cups. At the same time, the cabinet with the coffee machine in the restaurant was closed after breakfast and there was no opportunity to take dishes or make tea there.

The location is very good. quiet, peaceful place. Very attentive and helpful staff at the reception. Close to metro station (10 min walk). Close to the chic beach of Lake Geneva (15 min walk). The guests of the hotel are cultured intelligent people. Room with a very stylish modern design, cleaned every day very well. The advantage is the availability of a shuttle, which can be ordered free of charge in the morning and evening on weekdays for delivery to anywhere in Lausanne.

The Bathroom and the shower are littray inside the room with Glass doors, it is not very convenient to use them. the breakfast price is too high. I also did not like that they charged extra for room service. I forgot few things in the room and they were missing.
