It wasnt big problem for one night, but there's no TV or frige in the room. There is common kitchen next to lobby but it was crowded.

We booked an apartment. It was great for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. They had separate beds for the boys, which was great. There was a small fridge, coffee maker and water kettle. Great for a simple breakfast.

I dont know whether its being green or just savings on cost, but setting temperature to 26.7°C for cooling, in this heat is just plain unfair. The rooms were uncomfortably warm.

Good location, the access to a fully equipped kitchen was great. The staff was very helpful as well.

Even though we rented a two bedroom apartment, it still had the feelings of staying in a very basic hostel (which is what they are next door). The room felt as if it was decorated with Ikea furniture and not as an apartment-hotel for families. If it would have been cheap, then fine. However, over 200 euros for one night, it does not deserve a guest rating of 8.5 (not from families at least).

Great location and kind staff. Loved the bar downstairs after a long drive to wind down and enjoy a beer with my partner before dinner. It's a welcoming vibe.

- breakfast (way too expensive for what you get) - heat (rooms are super warm, there are fans in each room which helps, airco would be better) - parking at the hotel is a bit expensive

- location - free Basel Pass with Free public transport - spacious (appartment with 2 bedrooms) - clean - good beds - good showers - nice quiet area

Clean, comfy, quiet, useful information, nice coworking environment. Bathrooms were nice. Even though private room was in basement it had huge nice windows and comfortable temp plus very quiet for sleeping.

Everything was great!

The apartment was really spacious, clean and had all the ammenities we needed. It was very close to shops and the train station. You could also book parking in advance to secure a spot (25 CHF) which really helped us!

Great location just a few minutes walk from the train station and tram stops. The BaselCard was great! Free public transport and we enjoyed half price entry to the zoo. Convenient and smooth check-in and check-out. Helpful staff. Free luggage storage.

Due to the weather in summer, the room was exceptionally hot when we got there, and there was only one small fan for the three of us, so we did not sleep very comfortably.

The hotel is in an excellent location and provided us with a Baselcard for travel on public transport in the city. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean.
