The Wi-Fi did not work at all in the bedroom or bathroom and barely worked in the living room. The hotel is far from restaurants and difficult to find so we ended up getting delivery instead.

The room is on a property behind an automatic gate, self check in is easy to arrange and staff are friendly. The room was quiet, in a peaceful and cute area, and I liked the TV. Even though it was almost impossible to watch videos on YouTube because the internet was so slow. There is a basket of items in the bathroom for if you forgot anything and there is a little AC unit which helps control the temperature. The AC doesn’t work well but the room is in a basement so we didn’t need to cool it that much. The house is very spacious and that did provide a good feeling of luxury. Also the fan being included was so convenient for us. Screens are on all the windows so you can open them without bugs getting in.

This is not really somewhere to stay if you want to visit Lugano itself. The flats themselves are practical places, not places to laze away the day and admire the view (there is no view).

The flat is in a pleasant residential area of Vezia, itself part of the wider Lugano conurbation. It is one of two small flats on the ground floor of the owner's house. An extremely friendly, helpful owner, I might add. The flats (I have been in both) are super-clean, well-equipped, and come with the wherewithal for a small Italian-style breakfast. There is an entirely secure private car parking area, perfect if you have a fully loaded car you don't want to unload. I have used this location as a one-night stopover on a long N-S Europe journey, but can imagine it also as a base for exploring the area.

Claudia is very hospitable and the apartment is very modern and well designed. It wasn't too hot in the apartment despite hot outside temperatures. A fan was also provided.

The accommodation is located in Vezia which is in good walking or public bus distance from Lugano - a nice and silent neighborhood. The car can be parked safely at the property. Claudia, the host, is very nice and helpful. In case you forgot anything, you will find everything you need.

It was a bit cold in the room which might be nice in summer but in autumn was a bit chilly. there were no carpets and the room could have been designed slightly more stylish. The internet speed could have also been better. Also the room doesn't receive direct sunlight

This is basically a little “granny flat” below the family home. View onto a yard. Not a place to stay for a holiday, but for a pragmatic stopover or simply as a base to sleep in.

Simple, straightforward, functional, perfect for my purposes. Extremely warm, helpful and cordial welcome. Supplies provided for breakfast. Good, secure parking for the car.
