I wish they would have a jacuzzi.

This hotel is amazing. Such a great location with most wonderful staff. Especially Prem at the front desk made our stay unforgettable. Diago, Pedro, cleaning crew and the guy whose name I forgot he was the egg guy at the breakfast buffet were amazing. They made us feel so comfortable. Our room had the best view of Eiger. We were there 2 nights and had the best time. Can’t wait to go back again.

The overall experience was great but would like to give a shout for the front desk folks Juliana and Gian who were great from the time we checked in and helped us out with everything we needed. I would also recommend to go to the bar, as Diego is the best bartender we have met. He is just amazing and made some of the best cocktails, we were there for 2 nights and had the best time.

The Staff: no idea about hospitality and serving , specially restaurant and bar.Those people were our stress centers for ordering, serving and asking for something to drink or eat. İf you are just looking for a room, and minimum hospitality , than it’s ok, don’t expect too much on service.

Breakfast was amazing with many options. The room was quiet and spacious for 3 people, we had a great view of the mountains. The location was perfect, about 10min walk from the Grindelwald station.

Highlighting the rules for the spa would make sense. For those of us that aren't used to stripping down to our birthday suits, it came as quite a shock when we were made to do so. You are permitted to cover with your towel, but don't expect everyone else to. This wasn't explained very well to us, which resulted in slight frustration. Eventually, I spoke to reception and was offered an apology and free drinks!!

The location was perfect, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel itself is stunning, from every angle. The spa is also pretty special!!

The Sunstar Hotel and Spa in the beautiful Swiss town of Grindelwald was situated about 750 metres uphill from the train station, and across the road from the First Gondola. The view from our room was spectacular, and the lounge and bar area was very inviting and comfortable with a huge fireplace. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and spa area also excellent. Loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Rooms, Eiger wiev and beeakfast was great, it’s next to cable car so you can almost ski in and out. The hotel staff was a little rude they have to learn about hospitality. Especially bartenders.

The hotel and location was vey nice. Grindelwald is a great ski village, public transportation and lifts are very well connected
