Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe shared bathroom in general, especially that it is one floor lower. Yet, nice and clean.
Rooms are located on the top floor of the office building of the golf club. Nothing fancy, but serves the purpose. The bed was really comfortable.

United StatesWaking up for the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night. But, that's because I did not realize such is to be a problem when i picked the room without private bath.
We stayed here on our first night of 3-week tour of Swiss, and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were design to provide a quick and easy overnight facility for golfers so 2 of our 3 rooms did not have private bath. The shared bathroom was large and clean with additional towers and we enjoyed it. The countryside setting allowed me to easily hike to neighboring hills to listen to cow bells. It was a very peaceful evening environment that I love.

- amazing location close to Appenzell with a breathtaking view - the accommodation is surrounded by a golf course which is amazing - well kept lawn all around - the room, although a bit rustical and with rather non-classy bedlinen, clean and welcoming - the room view made up for it - the dinner was delicious, the restaurant offered some lighter summer meals as well as a typical Swiss cuisine - the restaurant highly visited by the golf players/locals, therefore keeping the level high

CanadaNo restaurant close, you have to drive to the small city close or to Appenzel. Expensive breakfast, we didn't take it tho so i don't know what it looks like.
We were 3 and booked 2 rooms. So lots of space, right on the golf, parking. Not too far from Appenzel

Pleasant room at a golf course/restaurant located between Gontenbad & Gonten - easy walk to both. I paid 20 Chf to upgrade to a private bath-well worth it for the generous size room. Room overlooked the driving range and golf course but after hours it was quiet. Just a short ride on the train to Appenzell. Restaurant is open to overnight guests

United KingdomNo bathroom, tiny room, all geared around golf which is fair enough but casual visitors should be aware.
This is a good resort and geared around that. The room was very small and without a bathroom, we used the golfers changing rooms. The location was good for us as we were hiking, others may want something closer to town (unless you are a golfer, although golfers probably expect more comfort)
