Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryIf you look at the rooms, much of the furniture had surface damage, was very humid (walls destroyed by that), bathroom was mouldy and smelly, there was no tea or coffee. It was too warm, the thermostat didn’t work. Reception was not too helpful.
Spacious, modern looking rooms. Bed was comfortable. Liked the sauna. Very nice people and environment in the downstairs restaurant.

TurkeyOur room was on the 2nd floor and it was very hot, probably because of the wood oven of the restaurant, but I can ignore that for the amazing teste of the pizza.
The location of the hotel was good, the employees were very friendly. The Italian restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in the city. Breakfast was awesome.

BrazilRoom (with balcony) is small and noisy, since the balcony faces the main street. No amenities such as coffee/chocolate machines. Water bottles are not replenished during the stay. Pictures on booking website gives the feeling that is a tremendous hotel in the alps. Don’t be foolish, look for videos at youtube. It is just a nice hotel. Nothing more than that. Last but not least least, bas value for money (expensive towards what delivers).
There is a pizzeria/restaurant named Ricardo’s. Food and drinks are great! Staff is extremely pleasant and polite!

United KingdomRoom was nice but ridiculously warm, we didn't ski so weren't cold coming into the hotel but had to sleep with the balcony door open despite the thermostat being at its lowest and it being - 4 outside. Mattress was rock solid which didn't suit us personally. Not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel or simply situated in it but one of the waiters had a terrible attitude. Seemed perplexed and angry that we didn't have a reservation despite the massive restaurant being at about 20% capacity - seen multiple customers comment on his attitude.
Hotel was convenient enough from St Moritz Station, only 1km away but still prepare for an expensive taxi if that's how you're getting there. 15 minutes walk into the middle of the town was nice. Room itself was a good size, clean and with decent facilities.

SwitzerlandBreakfast was included but very minimal. Reception with Colombian employee was great- in the morning there was somebody else at reception not nice or friendly at all. Employees make really difference.
It is in the Center close to the lake and shops - has a bar and restaurant at ground floor if you want to relax without going out you just go down. You don’t hear the noises in your room well isolated.

FranceThe heater was too hot and couldn’t turn off. Reception was empty during check in and we had to wait for a while.
I was a little annoyed. We got there after 8pm & we couldn’t find the reception because there was no one there and the room was too hot. I guess the heater was on high & we tried to turn it off but it wouldn’t turn off. The phone in the room was not working when I trued to call reception about our heater. Other than that we enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant below & they have some good food.

United States of AmericaWe came in December, rooms were very hot even though we turned the temperature all the way down. Front desk person didn’t know what to do, so we slept with balcony door ajar, which let it in some street noise, but at least the temperature was bearable.
Clean, modern, included breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, fruit, bread, ham, various cheeses, juice, espresso, tea, cereal, some fresh vegetables). Dry sauna & steam room. Next to bus stop in St. Moritz Bad. Nice little balcony overlooking city street. Nice walk along (frozen) lake to downtown St. Moritz. The 2 bedroom family room had 2 bathrooms which was also lovely.

SwitzerlandThe bottom floor of the hotel looks run down - especially the elevator, the carpets (dirty and old, wet ), the walls (could definitely use a paint coat and cleaning), the gloomy skiing room. It affects the overall impression of the hotel, which is otherwise very nice. Something should be ideally done about it. The elevator is a nightmare- doesnt run when it doesnt want to, it`s small and slow. Small noise from the corridors/elevator/ outside but nothing major. No coffee/tea makers in the room - a pity as the bar is full and waiting for coffee or tea takes 10 minutes plus.
The hotel is a super cozy, small place located in a residential building ,15 mins walk down from the city center. the location is great, by the main street and a short distance from the ski lifts/lake/shops and attractions. I would like to thank the staff for being very understanding, patiently explaining to me where to park my car (for a very affordable price) and answering my multiple questions about skiing sightseeing and everything else. The rooms are very big, with fabulous beds and bathrooms, very cozy and comfy. The restaurant serves amazing, hearty food and is very popular- as is the bar famous with the locals and the tourists. It`s a great place to stay and very affordable for St. Moritz - a solid three star plus accommodation, with a nice spa on the top. A nice breakfast with good choice of food - great eggs and bacon, decent coffee. the Coop supermarket is just round the corner, the bus stop is just in front, with free travel card. Make sure you book the skipass directly at the hotel.
