Very hot. No blinds in the sitting room. Windows open for a breeze but a noisy street. Needs a pedestal fan that can be moved so windows closed.

The key of the main entrance is shared and one time it was not in the box. The staff reacted immediately and the key was available in a few hours. I would recommend to find less risky solution.

Nice place! The view from the living room is beautiful . Very nice restaurant across the street. The kitchen is very well equipped. The staff was always supportive!

The location of the key in the lock box was a problem when I returned to the property one evening and another guest had removed the key, this is something that needs rectified as it was my only problem during my stay.

The location of the property is excellent with access to buses and the main train station only a 5 minute walk, also a fine selection of restaurants on the doorstep.

As mentioned we were travelling with an 5 month old infant, which we communicated clearly beforehand. The apartment ist not at all suitable for an infant. It's located in on the 1st floor with very narrow staircases and swing doors. Parking in front of the apartment is not allowed. The interior and equipment is suitable for a couple, but not a baby. This has been very time-consuming and painful. Lovely living room though. Kitchen is useable. The accommodation in overall was clean.

The host (presumably not the owner) called at arrival and was understanding and friendly. We were traveling with a 5 month old infant and it was booked as such. However, unfortunately the accommodation is not at all suitable for an infant (see below). Not sure where the problem was (booking.com or host), but it was pretty disappointing that this has not been communicated beforehand!

1. The staircase to the apartment is not good for older people with heavy suitcases. 2. Only half a curtain in the bedroom. Some of us prefer a little more privacy at night. 3. There were no coffee pods, milk, or sugar in the kitchen when we arrived. If people have just spent 28hrs in transit to arrive to an apartment with no basic refreshments, this is disappointing. - Most other places we have stayed overseas supply some long life milk pods(2) to at least allow new visitors to settle in first before going to look for groceries. - Or, maybe some info where to purchase prior to arrival may help in the future? 4. Some basic instructions in English to operate the washing machine would be very helpful. 5. The front door lock into the apartment block was very tricky. At one stage, we could not get it to.unlock and were let in by a business owner downstairs. 6. The apartment is quite noisy from road noise in the morning (around 5.30am) and in the evening (around 10pm) Also, if you sleep with the window open, people's voices are extremely loud at 3am, especially on Friday and Saturday night. 7. If international guests stay longer than a week, could you please supply some basic English instructions on how to dispose of garbage/recycling. Maybe supply some extra garbage bags would be nice? 8. The Elevate link is OK and works ok, but for older people not so tech savvy, more information about how to check in/out correctly - specifically "Press on the Check-in or Check-out" button on the page would be most helpful, but, what happens if your mobile phone doesn't work? How is it possible to check-in? 9. Messages sent through Elevate were not answered.

1.The location was good for access to the train and Schaffhausen - an easy 5 min walk. 2.The apartment was a good size for 1 or 2 people.
