Mini bar was confusing as the price list was only available by QR code. No information about cost of breakfast was provided. We were placed on the top floor but the lift only went as far as the floor below so we had to lug our cases up a spiral staircase!

Hotel is close to local transport links. Transport pass for the duration of stay was included.

Laundry service is expensive and not available on the weekend. Rooms are quite still and the lift is tiny. Gym is also very small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. WiFi is on and off (need to re-login all the time).

Staff were professional. Breakfast was sumptuous with many choices. Housekeeping and cleaning on daily basis. Gym was not but decent, also included wet/dry sauna. Nice location near to tram and bus stop.

I was not aware the hotel offered vallet parking. All went well, but if I realised I would have booked it in advance.

Everything was good. Maybe the coffeemachine at breakfast was not the top as the coffee tasted a bit weird.

The location is very convenient. The room is rather spacious. The bathroom is tidy. There are Clarins shower gel and shampoo/conditioner and the slippers which is a real luxury nowadays

The only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but after all, it is a high quality Geneva hotel - it's a very expensive city so if you want to stay in a nice place, it is going to cost money.

The location for our needs with a nearby appointment were perfect. In general, the hotel is in a nice location with a number of nearby bars, restaurants, and not far from the lake/river. They also had valet parking (for a reasonable price) which is a great feature as parking in this area can be a challenge - I looked at other hotels nearby that did not have parking and that would have been very annoying. Finally, the staff at the front desk was fantastic. I had a change of plans, and the staff was very accommodating for me to change my plans at the last minute without charging me for the nights I was unable to stay. Because of this, as my plans were re-scheduled, I actually stayed at the hotel a second time and would recommend it to others. I also had breakfast here, which was fairly standard for a Swiss hotel but did include warm items (eggs, bacon, etc).

Very central and located on a side street from Place du Cirque making it exceptionally quiet. I needed a good night’s sleep before a hectic week and this provided a space to do just that. Room and lobby area beautifully appointed.

Great Location with cute restaurants and bars just around the corner. I like the “old style with a modern touch” Nice breakfast area. Shampoo etc branded by clarins was a pleasant surprise - however smell too masculine for my taste.
