We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States1. There is only one bus B60 from Interlaken to Därligen 2. That bus runs only once an hour 3. The property has no staff present at most times of the day or night 4. The property has no facilities for dining like plates, utensils, glasses, heating equipment, etc. 5. There is just one table with a few chairs in the basement for dining 6. The shower head leaks water in all directions

Switzerlandthe room was not worth/ equivalent to the price 380CHF for two nights,thats is what one would call ABZOCKER given,bed old and not comfortable, the wall worn out no coulour, bedside lamp was full of cobwebd, bathroom curtains were dirty and worn out, they even had the audecity to ask write on the bathroom door that the clients needed to leave the bathroom dry,they asked for extra 4 franks for city taxi which is not declared online,it was lout from the train way with the window open, there was renovation going on next building and the workers were loud already from 7 a.m.I was not courageous to eat their breakfast because if the rooms were looking that way , how about their kitchen?there was no personal at any given time available.
